- Knowing every day is a NEW day is one of the best feelings in the world. This year is a chance for a fresh start, a clean slate, and more opportunities to be the person you were created to be! FIT TIP: For this choreography, we took some liberties with new combinations that may feel a little tricky at first. As always, start with the feet - then add the arms, hips, hair toss, and whatever other flare fits your mood. We believe in the benefits of a physically and mentally challenging workout...so don’t toss this one out. With repetition, you’ll feel a stronger core, stronger shoulders, and improved coordination!
