My in laws hated chicken skin (I know… it’s really hard for me too because I love chicken skin). So is it better to cook with the chicken skin still on (and they’ll just remove it when they’re eating) or is it better off just cooking it with skinless?

Hihi Desay. No difference. You can use both. Just don’t use clear glass because it’ll break.
