Does the headlight bulbs come with decoder to prevent error codes on the dashboard?
Great lights! I popped em in my 09' 328i and so far they're working great. They fit nice and secure. They're way brighter than halogen that were brand new (Sylvania). I've triple checked my connection and they do flicker when I start the car. It's not very long, less than a minute, so it really doesn't bother me. It's only been a couple of days, so maybe it'll stop over time. I totally recommend!
Do these throw error codes on the dash?
You’re able to code out the bulbs checks so they don’t flicker like that
Do the headlight casing's need splitting ? I just had all my halogen bulbs replaced w/LED's and the shop I used said they had to split the casing on my 2012 BMW 328xi wagon which ruined them as after my first car wash there was a ton of water in them. Even though I've been able to dry them out they now have a film on the inside of the lens. The LED's were purchased from CARID and was told no coding issues but I have a coding error coming up in my dash.
When i pull the wire off the bulb it wont come off. Is there anything specific you have to press for the wiring to come off ?
does this work for daytime light also? pretty sure this is for low and high beam right?

Is there anyway you can i stall the led without the chuck framing thing that goea first mine arrived without one nd im soo confused how bt i only have one for one led is there ajy ways to install it?
Yes, we have a direct version, yet the brightness is about 200% brighter than the original ones, and for BWM, extra LED resistors are required to avoid the flickering or error code. i should of watch this video first before trying to installing a LED light kit on my wife’s car for her E90 smh.. didn’t know I can put the adaptor then lock it in place with the clip that originally holded the halogen light bulb.. you guys can already imagine the way I was trying to do it & thought it didn’t fit since it just kept coming out & decided to just not install them 😂
Do I have to remove the wheel ??
It would make this job easier. However, it is not required. If you are replacing the driver side lights, turn the wheel to the right until the wheel locks to allow easier access. And vice versa for the passenger side
