Thank you. I think fine liner do not last as long as the standard ballpoint pens, but I don't have one yet to compare. I might get myself another Montblanc as Fineliner and will make a video about it. But the fine liner can be replaced once empty, so the pen is still recommendable.
Hi I thought this was an excellent video. I'm thinking of getting a MB fineliner. Is there any disadvantages of fineliners? Ie ink runs out or dries on the tip too quickly? Cheers
I am sorry, but I do not have the pen you would like to see. I like the one with the MontBlanc shaped Diamond too. I only have 2 other Montblanc pens, I might do the review about these. Thanks for your comment.
Rollerball has a solid ball tip, hence the ball in rollerball. Fineliner has a cloth/velvet/etc tip, and you'll skip when writing very fast with a fineliner.
Great review, seriously considering this pen.. Only have one question. You titled this Fineliner/Rollerball, so I am assuming I can replace the fineliner refill with a rollerball refill? I love the pen but I don't like fine liner types. Thanks.
I agree with some of the comments below in that you are providing a nice service for free in reviewing these or any products...but you will definitely get more positive feedback if you do either a dry run (practice/warmup) or a little bit of prep work (costs/names/iconic references such as the logo). It's hard to listen with the frequent umms and ahhs like you don't exactly know what your reviewing and it was clear you didn't test the pens prior to filming as even you were surprised by the results of each pens writing performance. Please take this as constructive criticism and it will help you with all your future reviews! (And if your ever looking to sell the used MB pens let me know I'm a collector!)
+brian deshler thank you very much for your constructive and detailed feedback. I highly appreciate your suggestions and I agree with you that more preparation beforehand would have Traualtar in a better video. Sometimes I am under some time pressure as I need return certain products, or in this case get it wrapped as present to the person who got it. But I will do my best to prepare beforehand to avoid the breaks and ummms. Happy New Year!
PatricksTechReviews right on. Trust me, it's a hell of a lot better than I would be able to do. I just know you wanna get as many views/and shares as possible and clearly there is a demand for those kind of helpful/informative summaries with items that aren't exactly everyday pieces because of the high costs attached. Your video helps with someone who is on the fence between deciding amongst 2 or 3 smiling items, so keep it up for sure. Just some observations and I'm glad your being open minded/objective about it. Many people become far to sensitive to feedback and I'm glad to see your not. Ur page/reviews will most certainly ones I'll be watching!
I just finished another watch review (Victorinox INOX) and tried to implement some of your suggestions. It is working progress I guess, but I will be preparing more for every video to make sure, that I deliver not just good camera quality and sound but insights too. Feedback is the most important aspect of creating content. If someone doesn't listen to feedback, I believe this person is not ready to embrace change and improvements. Thanks again and Happy New Year! Appreciate your subscription if you like my channel. cheers
Man, just prepare the names of the different parts and you will get a much better restult iin you review. not a bad idea to have somebody to help you with the camera. And thank God it is static. This thing inside? The logo embedded you mean.
Brilliant job on the close-ups and waiting for it to focus. Well done.
Thank you very much. I was very thankful excellent revised!!! Hugs from Brazil. Tks.
Thank you very much.
Thanks a lot, appreciate your positive feedback.
LOVE this pen, especially in royal blue ink.
Does the original ink cartridge holds any value or should I just discard it?

Watching this in 2024!
I have the fineliner one, super classy pen.
I really like Montblanc pens. Just something different.
I haven't tried it, I would have to go and check in the store, but I don't know when I will pass by the next time at Montblanc.
Very good review...Excellent in getting the important point across i.e. design, functionality, personal view, operational description (refill) etc...
Are you able to replace the fine liner cartridge with a rollerball cartridge? Will that still fit in the fineliner pen? Thanks
Yes, they are interchangeable.

StJohn404 Yes
any MB that is a fineliner can be replaced with a rollerball and vice-versa
Know the difference between a fineliner and a rollerballl? Cheers
Thanks for over 1000 views.
Hi, I would like to see a review on mont blanc fountain 100. it is similar to the fine liner but the star is like a jewel inside the glass top.
Oh, thanks for reminding me, I will need to sit down and do the other pens I have. cheers
Why did you get the rollerball version???
I would assume so too, but I can't tell for sure.
do a video of a montblanc miesterstuck classique rollerball in black and silver and a blue montblanc medium point rollerball refill
+Brandon Lingstuyl would love too, but for that I would need to get those pens first! It’s not like I have access to all Montblanc pens.
you would and that will be excellent if you do get one
I recently made a video of the Montblanc PIX, maybe interesting for you?
yes it is interesting for me i like it its the one of the best montblanc rollerball pens
of course its interesting for me
Its 560 USD today and its matte black
Good video!. The ink of rollerball pen is better for the write.
Thanks a lot.

+George Dewiliby in the two days I had it before giving it away as present I couldn't see it smearing.
beautiful
+Peter Zurek they all are, love Montblanc pens.
it is the best pen .
Nothing, just scribbling something. No idea what this was supposed to be. haha ;-) Why, does it look like something with a meaning?
