Thank you Joseph. I’ve been listening to one of your 4 hour sleep videos each night for a week now. I’m definitely experiencing a different vibe when I wake up. Motivated, curious, and feeling good in my connections.

Does it count as self-sabotage if I forget to charge my headphones and I only made it to 41 minutes in? 😂

I very much value and appreciate your content, so with all due respect, please be aware that the word "Sabotage" is being mispronounced throughout this entire recording, and it is a bit distracting.
The word is not pronounced Sa-bo-*todge*, it is enunciated as Sa·buh·taazh.
Please, look up the Audio Pronunciation, and do the current and future listening audience a favor and rerecord this over correctly.🙏
I certainly can't/won't be the only one distracted by the mispronunciation.
...It's like tuning into a Cooking Program on Authentic Mexican Food and having the Host pronounce Quesadilla, Quesa'DILLA or something.
    You're saboTODGing the track! 😘

Thank you and you are most welcome. Actually no-one has ever had an issue the way I pronounce it in all my coaching videos around the subject and the many thousands here and on my app.
But pronunciations of words will be different based on dialect/region/country. Being English I speak it the English was rather the American way. But there are many words that are different spoken between the two version, like Anti, we pronounce Ant-ee and American being Ant-i.
Or Zebra, American may pronounce it Zee-bra we pronounce it Zeb-ra, but of course it is regional too, and England has so many even being a small country, an accent can change within 30 miles in location. I hope that makes sense, we are are world of different speakers :-)

@@JosephClough People tend to be polite, but even the British pronunciation is the same.
      Look it up.
      Ask others.
Respectfully, whether you correct your Audio Track or not, whatever, but you are pronouncing the word incorrectly.

It didn’t bother me at all. I didn’t even notice. I doubt it takes away from the sleep hypnosis.

@@FredaPeeple I don’t see why you had to point this out. If you don’t like this video, why don’t you choose another? Thought everyone pronounces words the same. Geez

This guy has a very dark, creepy, sinister voice. Not comforting at all.

Sorry to hear that. There are many other hypnotherapists out there and hypnosis works, so I hope you find one that resonates with you. Merry Christmas! ~ Joseph

Maybe you associated Joseph's accent, tone and cadence with someone sinister .....from a movie?
Joseph's accent actually has the same lovely " enunciation" of the late Queen of England.
His slow cadence and low tone are voice techniques meant for.... Wait for it.... hypnosis!!! .... and not regular conversation.
(After thought: I suppose ....when you think of it , sinister people DO ADOPT and MISUSE the techniques of a hypnotist ( low tone and slower cadence) , to unethically infiltrate and dominate another person's frame of mind...
However, IF you are listening to a hypnosis presentation, it is unfair to paint a hypnotist, who is ethically using a slow cadence and low tone for a helpful purpose, as being sinister or "creepy."
It's like saying a mother, cooing to her baby, is being mean and condescending, because someone else misused that same "voice", or effect, to sneer at and humiliate an adult.
I appreciate and enjoy various British type accents, from my life experience versus movie characters. Like the majority, I find Joseph's voice, tone, and cadence very soothing, appealing and effective.
The " comment" section is be used constructively and not for insults (eg "creepy"), especially when the presenter is ethical, peaceful, and has a helpful intent.
Personal preferences or limited life experiences do not entitle one to be insulting.
To put it more bluntly, insulting someone ( calling them "creepy "), when ethically or morally they have done nothing wrong) is bullying.
I'm sure you want to be seen " in person" , ie in your own life, as a nicer, better and more intelligent person than the bully you portray online?
Insulting someone who is providing an ethical service via internet is especially damaging and cowardly.
I hope you will reconsider your future use of "comments."
Please apply your "better and higher self" to be constructive and respectful, towards any person acting ethically and peacefully.
If you can't do that , then LEAVE THEM AND THEIR EXPRESSION OR WORK ALONE!!!! ....
.... whether on the internet or any other form of interaction .
Having said that, I apologize for my own inadequacies and short falls with communications.
