A lot of these tips are indeed not exclusive to ADHD! If you suspect neurospicy brain or just if you're struggling to focus because of other things so many of these tips will still go a long way 🩷
i love this video. I just can't give my brain rest🤣. I also want to ask help but literally don't know where. My boyfriend tries to understand it but he don't understand it sometimes for a 100% and that makes it sometimes wores. So i am happy with the tips you gave here. I am going to try some of them. But a lot will be hard. I have a real life job in a supermartket where i start at 6 am ( 32 hours a week), at home 2 small children, a boyfriend, household things, and then for fun i rebuild the worlds in sims 4 and now as a hobby i make video's of that so i also need to edit things now, haha😂 So i also think that i am maybe do to much but i also can't make a good planning in my head for it. So this is a longer answer then i wanted to give haha, but once again thanks for these tips, i am going to try to use them and hopefully it will work for me! 💚
When it comes to asking help there is different options. You could see if there are support groups (online or offline) to find people who might experience similar struggles. This is just more to find people who understand. When if comes to professional help, going to your GP and seeing if you can get a referral to a specialist is the best way to go. It can take time but professional help can make such a huge difference! I think it is true that not all jobs (like a supermarket job) allow you to implement all of these tips. You're too dependent on other people and how they are going about their day. I would definitely be challenged by that too haha. I also very much recognize your struggle of wanting to do much. It's always really confronting to realize that there are so many things you want to do and not enough time. What helps for me is trying to calculate the time with a calendar. Like make it visiual. Block out the time I need for my job, my household chores and time for friends and family. That makes it easier to see for myself how much time is empty and which can be filled with hobbies etc. This helps me manage my expectations towards myself. When I timeblock it's usually not even as a planning (like I have to do those things on those days) but more like a time budget to see if all the things I want to do actually fit in the day. Goodluck with implementing some of the tips! You got this 🩷🩷
@@ExtraTxt thanks for the tips, maybe its smart for me to look for help haha. I think its for my also smart to use a calander! Im going to start right away with that. ( thats someting i can do while the Kids are playing haha ) hopefully this will also bring me already a little rest in my head. What do you use for the calander. I know you told it but i forget, but that one was looking nice haha🤣
Love the video :) But the background music is horribly distracting :D there is so much going on in that music that it's hard to listen to you. Maybe take something more monotone, at least if I'm not the only one who has this issue.

Thanks for the feedback, I’ll keep that in mind for other videos. This is different music than I normally use so it’s good to learn from it (:
