- Hey All! This is my experience seen from GoPro of the 61-mile route (1,600 feet elevation) of the 2024 Possum Pedal Ride.
This is my second time riding the Possum Pedal (The GoPro recording didn't work out last year's ride), and I was joined by my new friend I met from the 2024 MS 150, Jannette! We planned to do this year's new 74-mile route, but we had a bit of a rough start and stuck with the 61-mile route instead. It was a lot of fun and worth the soreness! There wasn't many riders this year, as the weather forecast looked like it was going to rain all day.
This is not a charity ride, and is just for pure enjoyment.... or pain. I would recommend this ride to riders of any level of experience. There are multiple routes you can choose from 5 miles to 74 miles.
These cycling videos are more for myself and my friends and anyone else looking directly for cycling vids on youtube. But if you're someone else on my channel who is into the music and movie reactions and are STILL interested in these vids, I've made a playlist of them here:

congrats to you both for completing the whole 61...the only bike I'd be riding over that distance though would be my motorcycle haha...you certainly met a good mix of people on your travels, and that was super nice of those people cheering you both at the finish...I enjoyed watching this Mike, cheers for sharing
Paz, how you doing man? What's new with you brother? Thanks for the congrats on finishing this one. It was actually not bad!
@@YeedeedI got a few things I'm taking care of, but in the long run I'm good thanks Mike, it's nice to see you achieving goals, and not only for yourself, but worthy causes also...you've got a big heart Mike and a ton of positive can do energy about you...keep doing you brother
Can't wait for my long awaited Max Q request to Way Of The World
and for this you abandone your music reactions?😮
It is true, I've traded out time in my gaming chair for time in the bicycle saddle! I don't know when I will post more music reactions. In the meantime I have been just listening to new music on my own. It's a good change, as I haven't listened to music this way since before I started doing reactions. How is everything going for you?
@@Yeedeed I think it's a bit weird to change from 100 to 0 on the reaction channel, but it's also just a hobby, right? i'm doing fine, preparing for a eight weeks sailing trip starting next sunday. hope you are doing well, too, mr. lazybones😄
have you listened to eivørs new album enn yet?
Yeah, I mean this was always a hobby for me, and I just have had less time to work on the channel with getting super into cycling and spending time with my girlfriend. On top of that, I was beginning to feel burned out under the weight of all the requests I have, which is unmanageable for me at this point. It was starting to feel like a job, and less like a hobby. That and missing being able to listen to music on my own. I'm still uploading a little on my other channel, but it's definitely at pace slow enough to where that doesn't feel like work.
What places will you see on your cruise? I always wanted to go on one of those, I'll have to see if my girlfriend is interested. And no, I have not heard her new album! I will check it out :)
@@Yeedeed sounds reasonable and healthy! we fly to croatia, pick up the boat and then we sail to slovenia, to venice and back to croatia. then southbound to greece. maybe to malta. but we have kids aboard so we also want them to have enough time to play at the beach.
the new album is a banger!
