Straightforward, simplicity, and most probably delicious. Any 6 yr. old child, who doesn't have ADHD (and most of them do nowadays!), could do this *exactly* as she has done it, and present it to the Queen of England. Angela and all those stars, Ramsay, Wareing, etc., come off as fierce people, with unyielding standards, but in the final analysis, much of what they do is the essence of simplicity (and good ingredients).
