After coming out of the deepest depression I've had I set down and wrote down things that are toxic to my mental health. One of the major themes was a dirty home. I decided to try the fly lady method. I've started out this week and I cannot believe the results! I can't believe how much tension is gone! I can't believe how more present I can be with my kids. And I cannot BELIEVE how little time it takes to accomplish these routines. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
My mom use to mention Flylady and how I should do your techniques. She passed away 5 years ago and I miss her terribly. Here I am watching you and going to try your way like my mom suggested 😭. She would probably say it's about time.
This is the first FlyLady video I’ve seen. I’m 74, retired, downsized, was a single working mom for 50 years.... yes 50! My kids came in ‘69, ‘72, ‘81 and ‘97! The last one was my grandson, I had him since birth after my daughter passed away. In college I studied Home Economics. We shined the sink.... literally. And it has been a habit and point of pride ever since. I so enjoyed your video, so many of the housekeeping items you mentioned, I do automatically, including make the bed as soon as I standing up. You’re right they these things become habits. I even keep a donate hamper in my linen closet for continuing decluttering. The major thing I’ve taken away from your video is meal planning. I am a list maker, and get joy from crossing things off, although I don’t follow a daily routine as you suggested. I may try that, it may offer some structure in my life. I set aside prayer time every day, which keeps me grounded. As the weather here in Pennsylvania gets warmer, I want to get out and walk a bit everyday. Your advice has been a game changer for me. I look forward to more of your videos. Thank you so much for your inspiration.

@@lindamcdermott5475 Good morning Linda! So glad to hear back from you. Hope ur Sunday is blessed! I was told about UTube while we were all confined to our homes. I am trying to declutter like everyone else. My son Nicholas just graduated H.S. and my other two children will graduate in June of 2022. My children have 3 dogs. Well I am going to watch mass and then m make supper before heading off to work. Hope ur day is filled with blessings! Sincerely, Linda Mc.
Yes, you do know me. I’m wearing my last pair of clean underwear. I’m watching you at 5am. Found you in the early days of COVID, lost you, and now, found you again. I remember those smiles I used to have when I’d come downstairs and my sink was shiny. Lord knows I’m tired of this messy house. I’ve tried hiring others, but I don’t like their work. I need the motivation to do it myself. Here comes FlyLady to the rescue. Thank you, FlyLady. I’m back baby! 💜
I suffer from depression since a couple of year's and cleaning is a pretty overwhelming many Times...today I downloaded u're app after seeing many videos...i was so surprised what u can do in just 15 or 2 minutes and it felt good because I wasn't mentally exhausted afterwards...I feel confident that it will help me get a hold of our home...right now it's a big mess since I had to rearrange the whole flat so my daughter can get the bigger room since she needs the most space but I will try to do whatever I can ❣️❣️thank u a lot
I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for taking your time and your knowledge and sharing and teaching ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ For a woman who hasn't had a mom. Cleaning and organizing I've had to learn all on my own. So THANK YOU😘😘😘 GOD BLESS YOU🦋🦋🦋
I followed you long ago. My bathroom is always swished and swiped,. My sink is always shiny and the countertops and appliances wiped down. The laundry is done three times a week. I don’t wear lace up shoes in the summer because I live in the desert and have an evaporated cooler ( swamp cooler)and it’s usually 85F in the house. I don’t always get the dishes done at night because I don’t have a dishwasher and sometimes I’m just too tired after making dinner, but then I do them in the morning. My control journal is on my IPad.. I just found your RUclips channel. So glad to have found you.
A tip for us, my sister started washing as she cooks... it's particularly helpful when it comes to sharp things. Now, as soon as I'm done chopping, I take a minute and wash the knife, dry it. and put it away. It really only takes a tiny bit of time, but it has saved me from a housemate who hasn't yet learned, and continues to drop my sharp knives into the sink! As it is, if I'm not cooking, I have to check my sink before I reach in. (She rarely washes anything, has problems standing on a bad leg...)
I used to know about you YEARS ago, lost track of you, and OMG! I saw a video and she mentioned you! WOW, a blast from the past!! I’m so excited to get reaquainted🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
I go all the way back to The Sidetracked Home Executive that FlyLady was born from. I still have that book with my notes in it from the ‘80’s. FlyLady makes so much sense !!! No matter what, I make my bed & dress to shoes first thing & it makes a huge difference. 💞
I also put nature to work; turn down duvet neatly over the tailboard for the fresh air & fluff pillows , then leave them till my afternoon power nap, same again till bedtime. Airing bedding is so good for our health. This tip from a mother with asthma in the family...my late father always aired pillows outside on sunny days , he lived through the LAST pandemic and the TB era...dust mites & other bugs dislike airing.
I'm so proud of you! Your method has really helped me and now that I now that you are a devouted Christian I thank God for the wisdom He has given you and for the desire you have to simply help people. God bless you!
So glad I found you again & I’m really enjoying this video. I have your original “Sink Reflections” book and I couldn’t agree with you more! Hot pink makes me happy, & when I first heard about FlyLady, I was anything but happy! I was downright despondent and couldn’t figure out how to get out of it. That was over 10 yrs ago, & shining my sink was my first step! I stayed on top of things for a long time, but little by little, I found myself bogged down again. I’m widowed, going on 70, & 4 years ago, sold my home & moved into an apt. A lot of tears have run under the bridge since I moved, & I’ve felt at a loss as to how to begin unpacking boxes and sorting the contents. There have been a lot of starts & stops, as it’s emotional & I run out of gas pretty quickly. This morning I pulled your book off the shelf, & started flipping through it. Something I read inspired me to create a reusable grocery list and a few simple meal plans. And guess what? I even shined my sink again. I’m going to try to replace perfectionism with good enough so I can do SOMETHING-even if it’s just in baby steps! After all, that’s more than I’ve been doing! Thanks for your ongoing help & encouragement. PS-I’ve signed up for your emails & I’m interested in both calendars, but would like to see a picture of a full month in each size.
Ok the Fly Lady is amazing 🤩 Just discovered you yesterday. I like your vibe, your realistic approach, and you crack me up! Thanks Fly Lady! 😊 The adventure begins 💜
I was doing your system with success, but 2020 happened and with it, as a salaried person, I had to cover more hours and things got out of hand. Then I was diagnosed with Chronic leukemia and ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks, during which times the maintenance came into my home and destroyed my kitchen and left it trashed...because of all of the clutter they thought it would be okay. Don't worry we reported that nonsense, there's a difference between cluttered and trashed! But then I lost my job. So the last year has been spent recovering, staying well, and trying to find a job. Luckily I found a job that I can do from home so if I get tired I can go lay down for a bit. Now the clutter (my husband can't throw anything away) and storage is short so I struggle with giving everything a home. I'm back, wanting to share my abundance with the world and keep my world from closing in on me. Thank you for these videos and encouragement!
That...was amazing. Just wow. Thank you so much! I feel so hopeful. That was like talking to my Mom or one of her friends. The sincere, "Just get it done" attitude is just what I needed. My lack of ambition when it comes to cleaning and home maintenance has been a definite challenge in my marriage. Now that you've given me solid systems to get it done, I feel like I can move forward. Thank you-thank you-thank you.
Thank you. I made 1 change and that was clean the toilet everyday. That went to clean the sink. Not perfect but today I saw progress as my Dad dropped by and said you have done a great job. You've been cleaning! There is hope and I can see progress! Thank you for sharing your story and this method! Thank you!
I watch this one every once in a while and love it! I love your energy and happiness in this one, Marla! AND…I soooo miss your real room backdrop. I love seeing the FlyLady doll and all your homey stuff. The winter backdrop doesn’t feel like “you”. 😊 I am jumping back in and focusing on shining my sink and decluttering 15 minutes a day for the month of February. It’s been less than a week and already my house is looking so much better! 😊👍🏻
I love coming back to these earlier videos, makes a great refresher course! Besides, I love the idea that I am NOT behind, I am just beginning where I am! Thanks, Marla!
I suffer from horrible depression and horrible anxiety along with adhd, I have the hardest time bringing myself to do anything. I have to force myself to shower. It's not that I dont want* to clean. It's just that I cant keep my mind straight therefore I know it's going to be a fight mentally and I guess that makes it a fight physically. Idk. But I found you through Do it on a dime. I started trying to find videos to help cope and motivate me too. But I'm going try to clean my sink like you said and try to declutter. I really really need to get up, make the best and get dressed in Yvette mornings. May e that will help. Thank you for your videos. Im gluing to try to stay on the track I have in my mind to watch your videos and get this house in order. Wish me luck and send prayers. And anyone else, if you have links that YOU think might help please leave them for me🧡
I feel soooo bad for you right now. I have no idea who you are, or where you are, your age, color, religion, or marital status-but my heart aches for you and how you are feeling (at least how you felt 3 weeks ago when you posted here). I have no professional credentials to know how to help, but I do have a few simple tricks that really work. You’re probably not going to believe it, but here goes: (Write these down for reference later.) 1. SMILE. That’s right. Just turn that frown upside down and get the corners of your mouth in an upward curve! SMILING RELEASES ENDORPHINS, the FEEL GOOD HORMONES! If you need to dig back into your Way Back Machine to remember something you once found silly or funny, do it. If you can’t come up with anything funny or cute enough to smile about, FAKE IT. Your brain doesn’t know the difference. Fool that poor, starved brain into thinking you really are happy. In a minute or two, your mood will lift a little. REPEAT THROUGHOUT THE DAY!!!! 2. SIT OR LIE DOWN QUIETLY AND LISTEN TO YOUR OWN BREATHING. Set your timer. Listen for one minute. Set your timer again. Listen for another minute. Listen to the inhale. Listen to the exhale. How many breaths can you count in that one minute? If you can’t hear your breathing, breathe deeper and longer. “In with the happy- out with the crappy.” REPEAT THROUGHOUT THE DAY. 3. DRINK A TALK, COLD GLASS OF WATER. Staying hydrated is key to staying alert and healthy. REPEAT six TIMES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. 4. GO TO SLEEP EVERY NIGHT COUNTING YOUR BLESSINGS AND A WISH FOR ANOTHER PERSON’S PEACE OF MIND. Peace. Many blessings and good health to you.
@@sadiedesimone7460 thank you love. I will try that tomorrow. Im a little better, never did even get motivated to start cleaning. I just literally do the basics. Im gonna start trying to get some insurance and maybe i can Getty bank on some meds to help also. I just started a new job day before yesterday and i felt like i have ptsd feom my last job back in November. Something in me broke at that one. I stressed myself And had my anxiety through the roof for nothing. It wasn't that big of a deal. Hopefully ill start feeling better soon🧡
I’m just looking you up on RUclips, I have followed you for 2 DECADES! I’m so happy to see you and hear your voice for the first time! THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the good you bring into the world!!
Thank you for what you do! I have concentrated on shining my sink pretty regularly for years now! It feels so good just to get that done and YES it is motivation to get other projects done throughout the day! And, thank you for praying for your FlyBabies! Perfectionism is a spiritual oppression and it's so true that it robs us of the JOY that God wants for us!
Okay…. So I just shined my sink for the first time! 🤣🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ I had planned to take a shower and go to bed. But watched a RUclips video about FlyLady, then found this video. Scrubbed my shower for the first time in 6moths while showering and then I needed a glass of water. I had already loaded all my dishes in one side of the sink earlier today… so I thought, heck why not go ahead and shine it while I’m here to test this “happy” endorphin thingy… haha! 🤣 waking up in the morning to visit my kitchen first thing is always a drag for me… I think I will enjoy seeing that sink… had no idea something so simple could make me feel so good! Thank you! I’ve been trying to figure this cleaning thing out for 6.5 years now (since getting married) and I think I’ve finally figured out my perfectionism problems and the baby steps to working towards life long habit solutions! Yay! Thank you 🙏 thank you 🙏 thank you 🙏
"Clean as you go" something my mom has always said to me lol. She was chef for many years but the places she often worked she was the only kitchen staff so she also had to clean up. So she'd do the dishes and whipe things down as she cooked so she wouldn't have to stay too late, she kept that same energy at home 😁
I use dry-erase markers to list what’s on my freezer. Definitely helps! And hand sanitizer or alcohol can remove dry-erase info if left on for a LONG time ☺️🙏
"And those excuses come from your perfectionism." When I tell you that I gasped out loud! Yes you are right. But I just did your crisis cleaning routine first and it made me feel so energized and good and you kept saying that it didn't have to be perfect and it was just amazing. I had a very very house proud mother who was never satisfied unless the house looked like it was in a magazine. So I never feel like I'm done and I'm so excited that you're going to teach me all of these new things, oh my goodness!!! So excited!!! Thank you! 😆😁
I don't think I had yet heard the Flybaby chorus! I LOVE it!!! I love watching you jam to it Flylady!!!! I look forward to your visits every day!!! Thank you!!!
I LOVE that you take notes during this video - you showcase how organic inspiration (and the management of thereof) can be fast and user-friendly! Thank you!!! For showing us the behind the scenes in action!
Thank you. Shined my sink. My husband comes home late and makes dirty dishes. Thank you for seeing it as a blessing that hrs puts his dirty dishes in the sink.
I am a stay-at-home mama to two toddlers right now, whew am I so glad I found your system. I believe getting dressed to 'laced up shoes' is going to change my life LOL
Hello, I'm new to your cleaning methods, but I'm learning more and more. Thank you for your resources. :) I'm actually commenting because I was really encouraged to read about the Revival on the Island of Lewis, which you mentioned in this video. Thanks so much for sharing about it!
Wow listening to this video I’ve gotten done more in my house then literally ever 😍 can’t wait to start my new fly lady life tomorrow Waking up to my super clean sink 😍😍
Hot pink looks great on natural salt and pepper hair....my hubby got my hot pink sweater once by mistake ( i bought it in the men's department so he thought it must be his) and got so many compliments he never gave it back
I am 60 years old. My youngest daughter just moved out last week. Empty nest after 42 years and 6 kids. I am a messy but I’m working toward a uncluttered home. I started in July. Today I heard the name Flylady. This is my first video. I shined my sink tonight! Thank you 🙏
I watching this august 2023 and I LOVE YOU. just bought your book and I have done more between yesterday and this morning than I have done in the past 3.months! I love your method
Lol the only time I put on lace up shoes is first thing in the morning, I walk 3 miles Monday to Friday. I live in South Florida, I live in open toed shoes. Some great ideas, here gonna go and find some more of your videos.
I have to disagree about making the bed right away. During the night we sweat, shed dead skin cells (yuck), cuddle with a pet, etc. It is best to pull down your covers and let the mattress “breathe” for at least an hour before putting bed back together. During nice weather I open the windows and air the whole bedroom. I understand the concept behind making your bed first thing, it’s all about productivity, but I’m retired and can afford to take my time in the morning. Therefore I get up, have breakfast, maybe start a load of laundry, plan my meal for the evening, check emails, watch the news, and touch up the bathroom. An hour has passed by then, and the bed is ready to be made. I like your system and will give it a try…but I’ll still make the bed an hour later 😀. You are truly an inspiration to all, thumbs up!
I’m happy to see this comment. My excuse for not making my bed in the morning was exactly that, it’s best to let it breathe. An hour sounds good enough. I can let it breathe and still be disciplined to make my bed. I’ll try to implement that. Thanks for the idea!
I don’t see any reason why this should be a problem if it works for you! Everyone’s routines will vary slightly - as long as it’s getting done is what matters 😊
I felt so called out in the beginning... she made me feel vulnerable. This was such an awesome beginning! Thank you for reminding us how you have been in our shoes.
Your hair looks soo lovely! It becomes you. 💗 - I binged on a bunch of your old videos, and this one suddenly popped up on my feed. I have been doing “shine your sink” for the last 5 days, and I LOVE it!!!!
I'm new to Flylady. You must be my twin sister, lol. I've always done these things at my house. I detest clutter. Clutter makes me nervous. I've always worked certain rooms, certain days. I can identify with all your saying. Having said that, I have very bad things going on with my health...unavoidable...won't get better. So, I'm just here for encouragement and kind of a support group. I am currently Death Decluttering. Why leave my stuff for my kids to deal with? I did order your Basic Cleaning Kit. I have been looking for a good cleaning system with a telescoping pole. OH, I'm in love! Just what I need! I have also ordered the duster...the long skinny one, not the feather one. Can't wait to get it. Thanks for the encouragement. I'm enjoying the emails. I just need to start my journal, well actually re-work the one I have. I have a good one in place, but we can always improve, right? You have a great day! 🙂❤🙏

But first coffee! I like your ideas. But I can't get dressed first thing, cause I have to do my exercises after my coffee. Then I can try some of your ideas. Definitely the nighttime routine.
I laughed so hard..."that Marie woman is not for my Fly Babies - she makes them nuts!... don't make them pull everything out and throw it all on their floor - THIS JUST ISNT RIGHT!" LOLOL
Thank you !Thank you ,I started this a while back but didn't stick to it ! I'm gonna try again .I'm so tired of being a slave to my house .I love the emails .Thank you for all you do .I have thought of your nephew that got out of prison ,how is he doing ? He had health issues at one time .
Hi from Australia 🤗, 4:05pm..lol! Discovered you through She's Drinking Coffee so hoping I'll enjoy your videos and get some fabulous tips Thanking you in advance
I just heard of your method on one French chanel the lady was comparing mari Kondo method and Flylady’s method that I found great concept !! I want to learn more I need to declutter my house 🏠 it’s a hot mess I accumulated so much stuff in 10 years and still don’t want to give away old stuff. It must stop and I have to do it !!!
I don't wear shoes in my house... sorry! I like to take a bath at night and get into fresh clothes and I sleep in my clothes!! LOL We are ranchers and I haven't owned a pair of pajamas in ... 35 years maybe? Because I am out in the sticks I can get by with a comfy pair of sweat pants or shorts in the summer... T-shirts/tank tops, and put on clean at night before bed, they work just fine for pajamas! So I don't even have to get up and get dressed in the morning as I am already dressed, but I do put on some makeup, brush my hair and make my bed. Then do the swish and swipe, grab a load of laundry if I have one... do a quick floor check and quick vacuum if needed in main traffic areas, hit the other bathrooms for a swish and swipe if I have time in my 15 minute morning routine. If not, I get those the next day and skip the one I did the first day. After 5 days of just the above, my house looks so darn good that I am motivated to go de-clutter or do a deep cleaning job 2-3 times a day whenever I feel like it. Examples: pulling out my stove or fridge, washer/dryer and cleaning behind and under them, cleaning out my fridge, organizing my kitchen cupboards, taking down and washing all the light fixtures, scrubbing my dishwasher, steam cleaning carpets, doing a deep scrub on kitchen and porch ceramic tile and grout, etc.. But I make a point to unload the dishwasher whenever it is clean, and fold and put away the clothes in the dryer when it is done... both about 5 minute jobs on their own. When your kitchen is clean most of the day, it motivates a person to do a quick wash up on that skillet that doesn't go in the dishwasher, that you make supper with, before you serve the food... and dry and put it back in the cupboard before you even eat. Whenever my kitchen trash is 3/4 full, I pull the bag out and go around from bathroom to bathroom, or the office and see if I can dump my small trashes into the bag to fill it, and then take it out. And I put a few drops of essential oil, my favorite is spearmint, on a small piece of tissue that I suck up with my vacuum before I begin, that makes every room smell fresh and minty as I vacuum, and I also put a few drops in the morning on the cardboard edge of my furnace filter, so as the central air kicks on... it fills the entire house with minty fresh scent! A great motivator too! That being said I am motivated to start getting rid of "stuff" in my house that I haven't used for 4 or more years, no matter how "good" it is. I do have some of those cute vases she spoke about that my husband gave me flowers in over the past 10 years, but I haven't used ONCE since I received the flowers. That is my big task for 2023... get rid of non used stuff! I like the flylady routine and the weekly home blessing, but I have tweaked it in a couple of ways to make it fit our life. Date night... always a romance movie and a "drink" with my husband, and we do that twice each week and sometimes... 3 nights! Church on Sundays, but alas.... we can't do the Saturday fun day because as ranchers, we work 6-7 days each week and take a vacation about once every 4 years. Ranches tie a person down, but we do Airbnb in our home and get to meet guests from all over the world so we count that as our mini vacation. Love our life!!
LOL How can you know us so well, I am just Laughing over here, I am Disabled with COPD emphysema and Lupus, but I CAN'T use that anymore, I know people that are Disabled that clean their house. but I have a mess to do before I can do any zones, but I will watch and try to learn between now and then.
I keep trying to get on your actual site, via email, the FB, Google, and it won't let me...spins and spins, won't load, won't refresh... it's been a year of struggling with this. I'm not always getting the sneak peek in my email, or the daily chore ..I'll get a Sat and Sunday and maybe a Wednesday... And all the ads...I really miss getting to the site

Same😁
I go all the way back to The Sidetracked Home Executive that FlyLady was born from. I still have that book with my notes in it from the ‘80’s.
FlyLady makes so much sense !!! No matter what, I make my bed & dress to shoes first thing & it makes a huge difference. 💞
Same!
I’m going to try to replace perfectionism
with good enough so I can do SOMETHING-even if it’s just in baby steps!
31 BABY STEPS FOR GETTING STARTED
www.flylady.net/d/getting-started/31-beginner-babysteps/
Waking up to a clean kitchen every morning for the past 3 years has been a huge blessing. Learned that from the FlyLady. Thank you!
My mum would always say waking up to a messy kitchen will throw your entire day out. So true.
Thank you!
Joined the challenge....2 big bags of recycle and lots of broken down boxes ....front porch cleaned, den and toys cleaned....working on laundry.
You are just awesome!!! I thank God I found you, thanks for praying for us Kentucky folks!❤️❤️❤️
I love coming back to these earlier videos, makes a great refresher course! Besides, I love the idea that I am NOT behind, I am just beginning where I am! Thanks, Marla!
It has been a long time since we've seen your name pop up in our messages. It's good to see you again. (FlyCrew member, Paddi)
Fly Lady, you have saved my sanity. I just found all my notes from your website from 2008! Thank you for everything!! 💜💗💜
You’re probably not going to believe it, but here goes: (Write these down for reference later.)
“In with the happy- out with the crappy.”
REPEAT THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
Yes, Clean as you go.
A nun I knew who taught a cooking class gave us kids this great advice.
I followed on your website about 10 years ago, You are the reason why every day my house is always picked up and my bed is made 😊
I use dry-erase markers to list what’s on my freezer.
Thank you! 😆😁
🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️ Same here!! EVERYTHING you wrote was said I had written it. I mean EVERYTHING!!!!!
SAME!!!! Hi cleaning sisters!!!!! 💓💞💕💗
I know the feeling! Shoes are so simple yet can do so much for how we function in the day!
Hello, I'm new to your cleaning methods, but I'm learning more and more. Thank you for your resources. :)
I'm actually commenting because I was really encouraged to read about the Revival on the Island of Lewis, which you mentioned in this video. Thanks so much for sharing about it!
I bought my books in 2019. They are always still within reach. Whenever I need a boost I go to the Flylady books. They are timeless.
Hi Suzanne! My name is Linda I’m new today’s my first can u pl share with me as to where to purchase the books? Ty kindly. Pa.
@@lindamcadarra402I'm sorry you got no response. But to answer your question, do to the flylady”s website. 😉

That is such a fantastic color on you!!
Thank you 🙏
This is such an amazing time for you to have your house beautiful and uncluttered just for you!!

31 BABY STEPS FOR GETTING STARTED
www.flylady.net/d/getting-started/31-beginner-babysteps/
Lol the only time I put on lace up shoes is first thing in the morning, I walk 3 miles Monday to Friday. I live in South Florida, I live in open toed shoes. Some great ideas, here gonna go and find some more of your videos.
It’s been a wonderful year for me
I have to disagree about making the bed right away.
Agree!
You wash the bedding once per week 🎉and that gives a lot of time to air😊
I felt so called out in the beginning... she made me feel vulnerable. This was such an awesome beginning! Thank you for reminding us how you have been in our shoes.
I watched you a long time ago and I found u an u are still uploading so excited
Your hair looks soo lovely! It becomes you. 💗 - I binged on a bunch of your old videos, and this one suddenly popped up on my feed. I have been doing “shine your sink” for the last 5 days, and I LOVE it!!!!
You changed my life.
I'm so sorry about the health issues. I pray you get a great support group to walk with. Praying for strength and grace to you.
Check out Anthony William. He has helped people with chronic disease problems for years. He has many New York Times best sellers and is on all social media including RUclips ❤️💕
I still go by the "go to bed with a clean sink" motto that I read on your site years ago!
Happy Birthday dear Fly Lady! Love you Dear sister 🎂
I would add air your bed. Pull back the covers for at least 20 mins. Open the window while airing.
Hi I am a Preachers wife and I want to be a part of your system , I don’t know If
you remember but I was the one who told you I was moving to Michigan . I have moved and am ready to start .❤😊
I am so excited about this! Thank you so much!!
But first coffee! I like your ideas. But I can't get dressed first thing, cause I have to do my exercises after my coffee. Then I can try some of your ideas. Definitely the nighttime routine.
I love this. Can't wait to get started
The empty dishwasher is such great advice. I learned that this week. Lol
You’re so comforting to watch ❤️ I can’t wait to get started x Thankyou flylady x

Te bendigo FlyLady .Simplemente gracias
One of my favorite videos
I love the song. Whats the title if I may ask?
I always have a shower (and clean the shower) before getting dressed.
Glad to be here been looking for a new plan.
How would working people do their afternoon routine?
I really wish you would sell the Flylady dolls again!!❤️
❤❤❤❤❤
She speaks with Truth. Hope for my change, would be great🎱🎱.. wishful, hopeful.
