2023 is the perfect time to start or restart, as in my case, the Fly Lady system. I say that because the first is also the beginning of the first week. Looking forward to your motivational posts to keep me on tract.

Yes, i thought I'd get started again "properly" on Jan 2 (Monday for me.) I also thought I'd follow along with the baby steps, just to "make sure"!
The best is to have the possibility of restarting. I have been using the system for three years now combining it with the journey of minimalism. I can highly recomment it, especially for full time workers, it reduces the pressure we all have all days. The zones are my favourite. Thanks Kate for encouraging us. Greetings from Germany

Wishing you a very Happy New Year Kay! I guess I always had routines I just didn't know that is what they were. The zone cleaning is what helped me tremendously. A thing I love about the system is that if I get off track (illness or vacation), when I start up again I know exactly where to begin. Saves a lot of mental energy. 🙂
