You can connect a game boy advance with Metroid fusion to unlock the fusion suit and the original metroid game in metroid prime.

I played Metroid Prime more than once I loved it. It was a great game to play but yes it was a learning experience for myself playing both Prime & Prime 2 for Game Cube.
