They are, you’re correct. From what I understand, Blackrock that holds huge sums of money and has a say in who gets financing or not is one who is forcing DEI on companies.
I work at a fortune 50 company. That's partially it but not rly. It started about 10yrs ago when my company hired a foreigner as ceo. Many companies have done this. The issue is they're woke af and moved to the US then instill their woke values into our American companies. In my opinion no company should be allowed to have foreigners as ceo or an executive and customer service/other positions should not be allowed legally to be outsourced to other countries. While we are at it bring back pensions.
I'm a rural white woman with livestock, who shops TSC. I don't care who works there, what they look like, or certainly their private sexual preferences. I want to encounter representatives who know about the animals I'm caring for and the supplies I need. Hire based on qualifications!

My family farms in Northern Michigan, on the lake in a town literally famous for summer tourism for its Americana Charm. We couldn’t farm without the local Tractor Supply. It helps keep a lot of us in business year round. Our neighbors are black, also farm, and one farm family here is from Uganda. We all shop at Tractor Supply, especially for stuff we can’t get 2nd hand, like feed. It’s not about presentation. It’s about product. Who cares who sells it. Will it help our farms grow? Farmers know you help your neighbor. Like you help your family. Nobody cares about presentation or preferential value signaling. We all want to put out our best products. Anything that distracts from that would only hinders our farm’s performance. We are not against inclusion. We already felt inclusive. We don’t need to become posters about advertising human decency or dignity. If you need a poster showing that you operate with respect for each other there’s probably more wrong with you than with me.
Someone preaches to us about how our experience is in a rural town and yes im white and the people that work at my tsc are like me so bottom line it’s about profit and the JD thing is as well they are going to Mexico because kubota and others are stepping up into the game and jd can’t compete with the prices I have John deer but wouldn’t buy a new one
Who the fuvk is real telling these companies to do this? Whats the black mail there? Whats the price for losing the whole brand name? What envestors are ok with this decision?
@@IMDunn-oy9cdthe point was lifestyle. I shop at the TSC round the corner in the burbs. Oh, and I’m black. They have lots of useful stuff beyond farming. Have a good day.

Quit talking down rural males. I go there all the time, every city dweller wants a place in the sun, a horse, chickens, dogs, etc. They sell feed for everything. Everybody is at Tractor Supply these days. BTW they sell lawn mowers, but no bid tractors.
These companies are being forced into this. No one is this stupid.

Tractor Supply Company where you buy dog food. The CEO is a liberal lame who has all that rainbow trans inclusion BS for the employees..
The dog food place

DEI IS A TAKE OVER TRACTOR SUPPLY OR NOT!!🙄
If tractor supply and john deere simultaneously go woke, the entire country and maybe a few other countries will starve.
Good god you know there are black people outside of city limits right... 🙄 its not about color its lifestyle.
How many black farmers do you know? I grew up in the midwest - the middle of farm country, and in six decades, I have met exactly zero black farmers.
