I felt the program was very well structured, innovative and I believe would greatly help many teachers who do not put in the time to figure out the best items to focus on. It is imperative to place a standard for every teacher to achieve. My sister (Lisa) viewed it differently because she has taught for years and has adopted a system that worked in her classroom and for her adapting required a lot of time and effort. Nevertheless Lisa adapted and the children’s knowledge and testing that year showed significant improvement. Unfortunately, there are not many teachers, who are willing to put in the time required (common core) to teach those subject well. Is it just me noticing Bill correcting his posture before answering most of the work related questions? Contrary to what I thought, Bill was comfortable answering all the personal questions but not so with the business/ work questions... very interesting!
