It's the government's and the individual's responsibility to look at after public welfare. Businesses should be tools for product and valie
Three words that actually mean getting privileges
I’ll reluctantly buy from TSC now. They already messed up by doing this.
as a millionaire, i think i'll go shop at tractor supply.
DEI: Destroying Every Industry
Diversity equaty and EXCLUSION.
The customer response to what Tractor Supply was doing was beyond overwhelming... it put the very company at risk... i was tracking responses and people with years of big purchasing with TS were pulling out overnight... not just a few, thousands. They had to do a public announcement because of how bad and how fast and how ferocious the response was.
A unified citizenry is strong, a house divided falls. Two is stronger than one and a cord of three is not easily broken.
In Canada, there's only 1 political party ready to ditch ALL DIE initiatives in the country. The PPC. I remember the days when the company protected it's employees from everything happening on the other side of the wall. That's how you run a business. Enough already!
Rona/Lowes is a good example for failed DEI, many others can be named but this one is top of the woke classics.
Love Kevin's upper and lower wardrobe picks, classic stuff.
Excellent move for Tractor Supply. More should follow
Important concerns about staff:
1. Can this person be trusted?
2. Can this person perform the tasks required to do this job?
After those concerns, we can look to see if they know how to tie their shoes and button their shirts.
By the time we’re down to concern# 117 or so, come the “dei” questions - which used to be illegal to ask, because they don’t pertain to anything important.

I love tractor supply! And now that they’re ditching DEI, I love them even more. Kudos to them
Hopefully other companies will do the same and we'll soon see A LOT of UNEMPLOYED DEI GRIFTERS.😢
I wish all businesses, especially those which are defined as corporations, would follow the advice of customer first, employees second, investors last.
Please i pray more companies do this cause i can't find a job fighting these dual language dual citizens who "seek asylum" from their crimes in other countries.
