My beloved soulmate, my best friend, my wife, my Irene, passed away from cancer this past Feb at the age of 50. This song kills me. I cry so hard. I just discovered it a month ago. I try to listen to it every day. I love her so much. She loved me more and harder. I will never be loved like that again. We started dating when I was 18 and she was 17. Married 9 years later. 34 years together. We grew up together. Built an amazing life together. Raised 6 children. 3 biological and three of my nieces who we call daughters. We had such wondrous plans for the future and then she was stolen from me. Friends said they could see the love we had for each other every time they looked at us. They said we were writing the greatest love story ever told. Then it was over. I am left to carry on and build something from the ashes of eternal grief. Even when I have a "good" day, it will never be as good as it was with her. I don't think I will ever have a great day again. Every achievement by my kids or myself will have sadness.
I don’t have any idea of how you are feeling and I’ve never experienced anything as hard as this. But you will always have great days even if she may not be with you physically, she will always live in you and be with you. Live your life for her and God every single day. Like in Romans 8, it tells us that all things work together for the good. Although it’s hard to see any good out this we must trust that it always is for our good. I pray and hope that God will lead you and guide you every single day and that you may see your amazing wife again in Heaven✝️

I lost my sister unexpectedly and I've been having a hard time dealing with the loss. I believe the Holy Spirit led me to see this movie. Even as a Christian, I had questions and unresolved anger around losing her so soon. But God knows everything and has the answers to all of our questions. This movie made me cry and made me feel close to God. And it gave me some help in dealing with my loss. Thank you Jesus.

Lost my parents 7 weeks apart. My Mom passed from kidney/ heart failure and My Dad from Lung Cancer. This song is spot on with my feelings. I miss them both everyday for many reasons but I cling to Jesus knowing I will see them again one day. They will be pain free next time we are together and we never be apart again. Because of this movie, I again acknowledged our Father- was brought back to the fold. In 2021 I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. I woke one morning after the phone call of cancer, and as I lay still in bed for a few. I had a beautiful Angel, divine light, which was about 7-10’ feet tall. In the presence of this Angel I felt nothing but all enveloping love. I walked up to the Angel, and the body was pure divine light. Standing next to this beautiful being made me feel as though I was a child, and as I looked up to this being, large wings came out from behind and wrapped around me. The love I felt was love I had never ever been given by a human. I do not remember when this Angel left, but I remember opening my eyes and crying because of the experience.I have had a rough life of abuse starting at age 5. After the phone call from my doctor saying I had cancer, he scheduled a quick appointment with another doctor for endoscopy. It was about 3-days from his initial call. I showed up for appointment, and it took about 45 minutes or an hour and then I checked out and went home. Both doctors got together and I was told there was nothing there! 😮 That beautiful Angel healed me. I still go back every 4 months to check and everyone has been the same- no signs of cancer. So believe and have faith. I have always talked with my Guardian Angel, Ascended Masters and of course our Divine Creator. I don’t pray and ask for anything, because asking means you don’t believe you’ll get whatever your asking for without asking first. That’s just not true- just believe and have faith. 🙏
I seen this song in the movie the shack. I just lost my dad to cancer five months ago today. And my girl took me to see movie knowing how much I was hurting over losing my dad. I heard this song it was everything I was feeling inside word for word. I had to leave movie for min i was crying so hard. Thank you for this song. It helps me to heal from it.

Months ago, I suffered from personal pain that I couldn't let go and I kept on asking God to heal me, telling Him to help me in between cries. I thought I was making a progress by burying it inside me for half a year. 3 days before my birthday, I believe God sent me this movie to redeem my faith in Him and prove me that He is at work despite every hurt. God is alive. Trust His ways for He is always with you.

My dad played this song for my son as we said our final goodbyes, my dad truly is my backbone through every heartache, losing my newborn son is truly the most hardest thing I've ever done. But I'm thankful for everyone that loves us and stood with me.
My older sister/ best friend Georgie Taylor passed away 2/10/19 from cancer. Last summer as we began the fight and journey to CTCA here in Tulsa we shared beautiful moments together. One was watching this movie. It’s unfair that she had to leave us so suddenly but I know it was her time and she is with Jesus. All the big sister talks , hugs , tears and laughter live in my heart forever. She’d want her sons , our Mother, her nieces and nephew, her boyfriend and myself to be happy. She’d want us to live our life to the highest level of existence possible. She’d want us to smile, laugh and love. I’m grateful to have known her. I rewatched this movie today. Honestly it was as if it called me to watch it. Healing is a choice. Forgiveness is a choice. I choose Jesus. His unconditional love will guide me to where and to whom I’m supposed to be. Lost my son on August 10 the of this year, just turned 30 on July 24th. Spent the last 9 weeks of his life in the hospital. I spent every minute I could by his side. We shared musical interests and these songs touch home. He fought until the end and each Day I played this music for him to listen to. He's pain free and in a much better place. I love you Eric. 9/12/2022 My heart bleeds so much. I had a friend, a grandmother, an aunt, a family, a whole world in one single person who passed away today. She was battling the terrible disease C. When they found out they immediately started treating it but it turns out it started to spread so fast through her organs and doctors everywhere said "she's only got a week". She didn't have just a week. She had months. Months that God used her and her mouth to announce the Evangel. That woman was a true miracle,because even dying she always showed us a truly smile and touching words. Anyway,was hard writing this but I just wanna remember how God is increndible and a God of miracles. He loves us,and He loves you!

I saw them preform in Portland Maine during praise and worship at The Rock Church, and they were so amazing that I bought tickets for me and whoever else would come with me to see them preform in Auburn Maine that night. Now they are singing a song for one of my all time favorite books turned movie... "The Shack" I pray for their mission to bring healing to the broken!

I lost my mom to suicide - my father and I found her hanging, cut her down. A little over 2 years ago. She was a Christian but was bipolar and went off her meds.
I lost my wife last week, Michelle Renee Simmons, to the exact same surgery that was performed 4 years earlier to the day, because it reminded me on Facebook, my rejoicing that her surgery went OK. I was able to care for her physically, and she fought the good fight and ALWAYS lifted me up! Now my mountain has me paralyzed in fear, so much so, I can't even speak to it. I still can't breathe, I want to give it to the Lord, but I don't know how! I know He's a giver and grace falls like dew in the early morning!

I went through tough times myself. Three years it took me to heal and gain strength to move forward. Today, I do think of the love of my life but not like I use to. I didn't lose a child but I lost my way. Finally with prayers, I'd keep asking for guidance. It started happening a little at a time. Days started getting better. Happiness started to surface. Dark clouds over me turned to sunshine. Tears turned into laughter. Forgiveness and not giving up in yourself or God, works in great ways.

I lost my sister unexpectedly and I've been having a hard time dealing with the loss. I believe the Holy Spirit led me to see this movie. Even as a Christian, I had questions and unresolved anger around losing her so soon. But God knows everything and has the answers to all of our questions. Every time this part on, I just literally ball. The act of him preparing his daughter for her sacred burial by Papa and this song!
Because of this movie, I again acknowledged our Father- was brought back to the fold. In 2021 I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. I woke one morning after the phone call of cancer, and as I lay still in bed for a few. I had a beautiful Angel, divine light, which was about 7-10’ feet tall. In the presence of this Angel I felt nothing but all enveloping love.
I walked up to the Angel, and the body was pure divine light. Standing next to this beautiful being made me feel as though I was a child, and as I looked up to this being, large wings came out from behind and wrapped around me. The love I felt was love I had never ever been given by a human. I do not remember when this Angel left, but I remember opening my eyes and crying because of the experience.I have had a rough life of abuse starting at age 5.
After the phone call from my doctor saying I had cancer, he scheduled a quick appointment with another doctor for endoscopy. It was about 3-days from his initial call. I showed up for appointment, and it took about 45 minutes or an hour and then I checked out and went home. Both doctors got together and I was told there was nothing there! 😮
That beautiful Angel healed me. I still go back every 4 months to check and everyone has been the same- no signs of cancer. So believe and have faith. I have always talked with my Guardian Angel, Ascended Masters and of course our Divine Creator. I don’t pray and ask for anything, because asking means you don’t believe you’ll get whatever your asking for without asking first. That’s just not true- just believe and have faith. 🙏

Months ago, I suffered from personal pain that I couldn't let go and I kept on asking God to heal me, telling Him to help me in between cries. I thought I was making a progress by burying it inside me for half a year. 3 days before my birthday, I believe God sent me this movie to redeem my faith in Him and prove me that He is at work despite every hurt. My older sister/ best friend Georgie Taylor passed away 2/10/19 from cancer. Last summer as we began the fight and journey to CTCA here in Tulsa we shared beautiful moments together. One was watching this movie. It’s unfair that she had to leave us so suddenly but I know it was her time and she is with Jesus. All the big sister talks , hugs , tears and laughter live in my heart forever. She’d want her sons , our Mother, her nieces and nephew, her boyfriend and myself to be happy. She’d want us to live our life to the highest level of existence possible. She’d want us to smile, laugh and love.
I’m grateful to have known her.
I rewatched this movie today. Honestly it was as if it called me to watch it. Healing is a choice. Forgiveness is a choice.

My heart bleeds so much. I had a friend, a grandmother, an aunt, a family, a whole world in one single person who passed away today. She was battling the terrible disease C. When they found out they immediately started treating it but it turns out it started to spread so fast through her organs and doctors everywhere said "she's only got a week". She didn't have just a week. She had months. Months that God used her and her mouth to announce the Evangel. That woman was a true miracle,because even dying she always showed us a truly smile and touching words.
Anyway,was hard writing this but I just wanna remember how God is increndible and a God of miracles. He loves us,and He loves you!

I was able to care for her physically, and she fought the good fight and ALWAYS lifted me up! Now my mountain has me paralyzed in fear, so much so, I can't even speak to it. I still can't breathe, I want to give it to the Lord, but I don't know how! I know He's a giver and grace falls like dew in the early morning!

I know about the kindness of Father!. I work at a big box store, I heard the pain and heart ache of people. All, I can do is, say, an Prayer for them. I was never good very at praying for people. I was told by someone, just talk to God, as I was talking to my Dad. That made it easier. I ask, my Father, to heal them and wrap his loving arms around them.

I didn't lose a child but I lost my way. Finally with prayers, I'd keep asking for guidance. It started happening a little at a time. Days started getting better. Happiness started to surface. Dark clouds over me turned to sunshine. Tears turned into laughter. Forgiveness and not giving up in yourself or God, works in great ways.
We lost our daughter 2 1/2 years ago to cancer...this one always makes me cry. I'm drawn to it anyway. I saw you guys recently in Ohio. I was the one with the "ROCK" hat on in the front row! You guys did an AMAZING JOB!! God bless you all.
