Not sure of anyone else has figured this out yet, but you can forgo using viral tempest if you use nourish on hydroid and use the diriga sentinel with its arc coil and momentus bond. Nourish carries over to the sentinel and will include viral on the weapon, and therefore arc coil. So you spread viral pretty effectively with the sentinel constantly setting off arc coil near tempest barrage targets.
Would've been funny as hell if instead of "Corrosive strips all armor" it was "Corrosive strips all but *1* armor." Really let that 500% Corrosive Damage boost cook with the +75%(multiplicative, don't forget) from health type.
If you're going for full out damage, PLunders the obvious Helminth out for specifically that reason. (Take your pick on Roar/Ecliipse/Xatas/Nourish, or Smite/Thermal). Probably in general even, because you have to dedicate so much buildwork to make a frame thats not a Health tank into one for the armour to matter, and the perm-strip is basically pointless as things will always be 10 Corrosived from his 1 (and/or dead)
@@RBRSC his 1 is great, but it takes time to build up the corrosive proc to 10, its not instantaneous at all. sometimes enemies wont even get the full stack either.
Interesting to put Umbral Vitality with Arcane Blessing. I have a similar build but using Rousing Plunder instead of Umbral Vital - Arc Blessing and Adaptation are enough survivablity with a Synth Fiber pet
Clone if it didn’t have health would be viable due to aggro draw if you place it right it’s very powerful in aggro use and swapping , sadly switch teleport needs augment to be always viable due to it being a rolling guard effectively , his kit is old but I’d say inaros first for reworks

@Brozime if you want a healing arcane, maybe try Molt Reconstruct? Especially, with Blind Rage. The more energy spent = more healing. And if you want to ability spam say his 1, could be nice.

i put 4 blue shards for + energy max and when i get a casting speed shard im going to put it in the last shard slot...shards r personal preference i guess.
His 1 still blows me away. It is 1handed. Use Nourish and 3, hold the Torid trigger, spam 1. (Preferably with 1 augment, I put HM on Torid so a DoT kills off chain survivors without picking them off manually) Get yourself a teammate so you also have Breach Surge, both your Viral + 100% strip Corrosive Torid and 1 alike make surge sparks absolutely devastating. Add Roar to that if the overkill wasn't enough, boy the math in this game gets evil. (Or you can dump some str that way) It seems to me his 1 AND Breach Surge can headshot with a multi too, wtf. I HIGHLY recommend Brief Respite on 1 spam builds.
When we get the another umbra forms on November 3rd I’m gonna use 2 to make a health tank hydroid with 3800+ armor and 2k+ hp along with 400% strength.
Why replace his 2 instead of his 4? Seems like his 2 would be really nice to have for status cleanse and grouping, especially if you don't want to run nautalus

I hadn't thought about dropping Umbral Fiber for Blind Rage, or the Cordon synergy with Manifold Bond. I dusted off my Supra Vandal with Primary Frostbite and cold+radiation. I do miss the punchthrough from Primed Shred (had to drop it for Serration) but it's still utter annihilation.

Honestly I like everything in this update but I kinda wish his Barrage was more of an AoE duration ability that centered in n Hydroid. Since I can’t modify the range it gets a bit annoying to constantly have to put them down. But that’s like the smallest of small complaints.
If you're running in a group, you shouldn't really need the extra damage that his 1 aug provides, so there shouldn't be any issues with making that swap. The 1 aug is only needed (as Brozime explains in the vid) to provide enough extra oomph to comfortably kill Steel Path enemies quickly.
played him in mot sp just to test the changes today and wow, no effort at all needed, almost khora level of devastation, 1 forma. I dumped 10 forma into baruuk just to realise how tedious the combo generation stuff is:/
I went 2 tauforged blue for constant health Regen and 3 tauforged duration. I've yet to find something that can kill him. Even 1k+ level steel path eximus are a joke

so u can use equilibrium with synth deconstruct on pet. You could also try xata invocation mod in the new grimore secondary. or the old tried and true, energy siphon with zanurik focus.

The amount of theory crafting being done on this warframe... so flexible
Sickening pulse seems to work pretty well on him since it's basically an immediate full armor strip and can max out plunder's buff

I personally go for loads of armor on my archon shards and build armor arcanes. Makes my Hound pet unkillable and in turn it makes me unkillable.

Why put serration on a single target weapon when galvanized aptitude exists?

you can spam it now. and range affect the bullet splash size. as a side note, apparently the shots also count as headshots when hitting enemies...
