This was really hard.... and no savasana at the end... was simply wow. Normally I come into headstand really easy.. but here I had no more strenth in my arms anymore, to keep the balance. I will do Ashtanga as a challange from time to time.

Thank you SO MUCH for the modifications!! I just tried Kino’s half primary led class today & it was definitely for more experienced Ashtanga practitioners. Start here if you might need mods and/or are recovering from an injury (like me!) Namaste!

Wow, I like these jumps so much. And so many exercices for abs/core, and shirshasana, and wheel.. I'm going to move this to my favs right now. Thank you, girls, you even don't know what a wonderful feeling to do this sunny practice during russian snowy winter.

Brilliant, thank you for bringing me back to Astanga. I hadn’t practice it for months as I now prefer the variety of flow, but it was so good to revisit. This video encourages me to keep practicing it once in a while. Now I must try full primary again and see if I can still do the whole thing! 😬Namaste, Erin and lovely friends 🙏🏻😌

I haven't practiced Ashtanga before so I thought to give it a try this morning. The class offered a new and interesting style, but it didn't excite me. I thought it moved too slowly. Still, thank you, Klara, for coming in with Erin to practice this class. All the best!

Erin, this class is extraordinary wonderful! It is beyond great, strengthening and stretching! I’ve enjoyed every Chaturanga and every single asana on the way (I’m on my way to Headstand so I replaced it with a Child’ s pose😃). I requested this class some time ago and I’m incredibly grateful to you for creating it! See you on the mat! Namaste🙏🤗

WOW! This was wonderful to view and to do what I could... (eh hm) That said, I do appreciate the instructor's strength, flexibility, and dedication to her practice. This was a very tough practice and I am extremely grateful that it is not an every day style for you to be teaching us,. Suffice to say, I'm learning every day and I honor and respect all of the various practices that yoga offers. Namaste

Thank you so much. If possible bring more videos like these one. And I am going to visit your patreon later.

I loved this class! I have been practicing with the regular style for about two weeks now and this was my second try at Ashtanga. I loved every bit of it and it makes me wanna come back and get to perfect my postures everytime.
I do though request Erin to work on your Sanskrit pronounciation of the postures. As a Hindi speaker, listening to you sayin "auto-mukha" and kinda jazzing it up with english fused names, bothered me. I had to bring this up even though I love your exercises so much. I know it is hard as a native english speaker but, please try a little. All the names have meanings behind them and messing up the pronounciation dismisses the agenda of naming them the way they are. Also, a lot of hindi speaking people watch your classes, and if we do not know what it is actually said like, it kills a little part of learning there. I am glad the Ashtanga teacher wad very well worked on the names.
Again, thankyou so much for bringing a free class on this platform for people like me to practice. I will forever be greatful.
    Namastey :)
