congrats on your promotion!!!!! i'm so glad blood over bright haven is living up to expectations! i just finally read the sword of kaigen this month and it was SO!! GOOD!!!!! I HAVE NEVER CRIED MORE BEFORE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! misaki is now one of my ALL-TIME favorite characters and same for me about book synopses- i always feel like it's best to go into books knowing as little as possible because part of the experience is discovering the story and characters for yourself, and i always feel like the back of the book synopsis of some books reveal too much lol i think that theatre term is sililoquy? 🤔 based on what little i remember from high school english class LMAO 🌊🌊🌊

I am currently reading The Spear Cuts Through Water (reading it since May) and absolutely loving it. It's a 5-star prediction for me as well and I truly believe it will, which is probably why I haven't finished it yet. Nonetheless, my goal is to finish before August.
