That 56 is a former Southwestern Bell service truck. I just picked up a 67 F-100 short bed that is in better shape and you can make out the south western on the door and the bell logo. Had the same short bed utility box and same color as that one has in the jams. Even the rear bumper is exactly the same. Pretty cool!
That dude's beard reminded me of a paper towel dispenser. I'll have nightmares for a week!

Find a 86 Ford ranger ext cab.. I had one a standard manual trans. It was very tough lil truck. Mine was like a funky yellowish gold with a tan middle color. Was cool little truck with a v6.. I miss that truck.

It has a very distinct meaning just like scrub oak or blood oak. Poison oak kind of have those types of leaves but most trees that drop acorns have that shape of leaf also

Never had a ranger but traded a 71 duster twister 340 3 speed sublime green and a 71 318 dart both good runners and $3800 in 84 for a 82 s-10 shortbed .sounds stupid but everybody was into customized mini trucks.

We drive around with code readers in our company trucks so we can do customers cars and our own when adblue, maf, knock sensors decided to throw codes for zeronreason clear and drive for months with out coming on again

I just went through the same thing with my Veloster but I didn’t burn my leg but I went to the AutoZone and the guy did the same thing and told me it was my alternator but when he was reading the machine it never even fluctuated on there gauge so I know it didn’t read anything plus he never had me start my car to get a reading correctly so when I decided I would buy me a multimeter and get reading .

Trucks anymore that’s why the Rangers are so popular, same thing happened with the Bronco when the new one didn’t have any soul like the old. When you can’t get it new you will look for the older versions.

Hey Richard I had one of those 56 GMC it had a Pontiac V8 ran good except on passenger side the intake push rod would get clogged up and then you had to change the rocker and push rod would a while the you had to do it again only gave 500.00 for mine and it ran. How is my 57 doing?
Richard read my f'n mind . As soon as he said to narrow i thought . "Put a pre runner body on it but slam it" . When i was a kid i had bought stacks of car and driver and hot rod mags from the 70's . I always liked the Monza wide body and what not from then . Put that style on a ranger splash or something . That would be pretty badass if done right
P.s. you ever need a A driver I miss Dallas lol. I used to work in Coppell and stay with a buddy in Saginaw . But from Detroit . Also always find deals just ain't got the Richard $ to buy em lol. Im always window shopping online
