Glad you adressed some of the physical aspect of it at the beginning, im amazed you weren't constantly sick, but i guess small rides and lots of rest made it possible. Without fail if i workout more than a few times a work in addition to working my health falls apart, ive had a virus or infection every month for the last year.
Sick riding! I'm not sure why but your insta360 somehow has better quality than other people who use it. Either its too grainy or too pixelated, Yours is like a chefs kiss
It’s amazing to see how versatile you are on a bike - from steep tech and gnarly DH to huge jumps and tricks, that’s amazing! As well as that you did it over the whole year! When you announced this I was like, nah, how should that be possible, sometimes you are just sick or anything. Good on ya mate 🤘🏽
Not a specific point, but some days I really wanted to mix it up and not ride, but once I did ride I never regretted it. I would say at the 3 month make it was harder to skip a day than just go ride because it had become an ingrained habit.
So incredibly proud of you and honoured to be a part of this journey with you. Your drive is so insanely inspiring ♥️♥️♥️
Couldn’t have done it without you! ❤
Congrats Mark! Such rad clips and trails compiled. Like a 17min highlight reel 🤯
Thanks buddy!

Oh man! Brutal! Nutrition is key too. I eat very clean.
Sick riding!

Thanks! 🙏 I put lots of work into editing and different settings for each ride
Congratulations and fantastic video recap. The 3 second clips are perfect. I'm sure we all appreciate the hours of editing you put in for us.
Much appreciated! Too many hours 😂
Soooooo good! Such speed and variety!
Really inspiring!
Thanks so much!
Must be the best vid of 2023. The time and effort you put in for us people to watch is truly insane
Thanks! This did suck to edit 😂
Congratulations, Mark! What a remarkable achievement. You have been keeping us stoked since we were like 15🐐
Thanks guys!! Same to you 👊
Can't believe it's been 1 year already. Great job for making it through.

Thanks! I was unusually healthy last year… maybe riding everyday is the secret! Haha
Looks like that! I’ll maybe take it as an inspiration 🙃
Hey Mark, congrats on your journey! I tried this and I lasted 2 days 😅😂 🚲🚲 keep shredding
Haha try again! Jan 12-Jan 12. Let’s go! 🔥🔥🤟🤟
Nice work on riding every day Mark.🎉
I rode 300 days and over 4000km in 2023 of only mountain biking. My goal for 2024 is to try and beat 300 days.
Unreal!!
Thanks @@MarkMatthewsMTB
Easily the most authentic and motivating mountain bike content out there. Fuego
My dawg 🙌🙏
Absolute legend, well done bud, definitely motivating me to get out on the bike more days! 🍻🍁
Bike or board everyday in 24… get it!!
Good effort!! I can barely get out once a week at the minute with work and kids getting in the way all the time 😂😂😂😂😂
Haha once it becomes a habit it’s easier to fit into a schedule!
@@MarkMatthewsMTB are you going for round 2 or taking it easy this year and enjoy your riding?
@@robertmartin6513 trying to ride as much as I can but not going to the trouble of documenting it daily.
I have been waiting all day to get the time to watch your video and I wasn't disappointed! Well done sir...well done!
Thanks so much! 🤟
Congrats on the achievement!!
I hope you can break the record since this is a leap year
Ye! Haha 🙌
@@MarkMatthewsMTB is that a challenge accepted? 😅
Mark! Good to see you're so happy and dialed. 🤙
Thanks buddy!
Probably the best vid of 2023! You’ve definitely inspired me to ride everyday
Wow, thanks!
Pure beast mode. You’re an incredible rider with incredible skills. That was insane.
I appreciate that! Thanks 🙌
bravo and well done...freakin sick and you did seem to get smoother and smoother I feel like...
Thanks! I felt it too
Super sick mix between tricks and techy/enduro stuff :)
Glad you like it! Thanks

Way to go! That's a real accomplishment

You're a beast! Please keep being you! 🤙
Thanks! 🤟
Lol you at a skate park blew my mind.. hopefully you keep is your in 2024!
Haha thanks 🙌
Which tires do you use so that you don't slip in the snow? With my Assegai MaxxGrip I slide even at snail speeds, almost like I'm on ice.
Delium rugged
This is so insane🙏 You motivate me into riding in the dumbest condition with your absolutely sick riding🙏🙏
You can do it! Thanks!
5:08 slick rock 5:11 off broadway 5:14 bonestorm…
Yea!
All I'm thinking of is the sore legs you get😭, real sick tho one of my favorite riders!
Haha thanks!
What about the concussion from tour de gnar, did you actually go riding the day after that??
Yes, i was fine the next day. It was whiplash and not a concussion luckily. All 365 riding clips in this video are in chronological order.
🤯🤯
🙏🙂🤟
how dose uyr go pro footage look so good man
It’s insta360 footage! Using the x3 and ace pro
Insane
🙏
are you always running suntour durolux 36?
The new 38. Amazing feeling fork! And the RUX for dh bike
@@MarkMatthewsMTB have you tried the Durolux 36? If so I would like to know if it's good for jumps and rocky trail? I am planning to buy. Thanks.
@@nowrideyourbike-nyrb yes it’s good but the 38 is a big step up
you ride very cool
I was wondering how many times you fell this year?
I counted 30+ falls this year😂
Haha same! I’m currently editing a video that’s my biggest falls and closest calls
Riding the bike and washing the clothes, it's a full time job!
lol electricity bill was higher from more laundry. And many more hours folding clothes 🙃
Respect
🙏🙂🤟
Holy crap you're insane, but how did you never crash?
I had a few really hard crashes and mellow riding days after
was there ever a time when u thought to urself "this is the day ima have to take a day off" and if there was, at what point did you think it?
Not a specific point, but some days I really wanted to mix it up and not ride, but once I did ride I never regretted it. I would say at the 3 month make it was harder to skip a day than just go ride because it had become an ingrained habit.
