- This is my weekly ARMS DAY workout - hybrid style using both calisthenics and gym workouts together. I started doing hybrid workouts this winter and essentially doubled the size of my arms with this one. I’ve gone from 155 to 165 in several months following a hybrid routine.

I can personally attest to the cable bicep and Tricep supersets. I remember when you first added those to my program. I thought you had lost your mind. But man, talk about a pump. Insane. I still find myself adding them to my bicep/Tricep workout routine.

Cardio and eat properly no garbage with sugar etc, you can lookup the calories of the food you eat and have an idea with a calculator.
You can't maintain weight without eating the necessary calories so just reduce them while increasing workouts.

If I were you I'd start now. Do it now and keep doing it, bigger arms dont happen over night. They come thru hard work and discipline.

Yes you can I'm easily as big as him if not bigger but it is not easy you have to work incredibly hard push past the limit than do it again and again. You will get there
