      In the Diarrhoea we'll give
      BRAT
      Here B- Bananas R- Rice, A- Apples, T- Toast.”
      These all foods are bland.
      They bind, so they help firm up stool.
      # Give soft diet or easy-to-digest foods, like khichri, watery dal, idlis, curd, bananas etc
      We'll also give a liquid diet for maintaining dehydration.
      As- lemon water, rice kanji, lassi, coconut water, weak tea.

    Mam I think it is wrong here...we need high fiber diet during constipation not low fiber diet

      Yes high Fiber diet required in constipation but if chronic idiopathic constipation, a low-fiber or even a no-fiber diet drastically improved their symptoms.
      So i've explained here regarding that.

      That's right because high fibar diet is prevent the constipation and low fiber diet is prevent the diarrhoea

      @@surajsahu6706 Digestion of Fat is slow to digest and be converted into a usable form of energy.
      Even during high-intensity exercise, where carbohydrate is the main fuel source
      ATP can be broken down in a short period for all the activities as: Breathing, eating etc, whereas fat breaks down too slowly.
