www.union.fit/orgs/yogathletica/videos When you are ready to level up your practice, do my FULL-LENGTH classes to build strength, balance and flexibility to change your whole yoga game! All levels, all intensities! 🤸🏿♀⚡🙏
As you greet the golden sun, it actually looks as if you could grab it and hold it in your hands❤❤❤… as always you inspire me to reach for beautiful things that I never imagined I could ever achieve!!! Thank you 🙏🏻!
This one is very good; excellent tutorial. I'm often impatient so I'm glad you mentioned at the end the importance of being patient. Keep doing your thing. Thanks.
thanks! this one took a lot of patience for me! sometimes it takes a long time of doing the work until it all clicks! hope it clicks for you! thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. ❤️
Thanks a lot for the video, I am not there yet, but you do an excellent job at explaining what we should feel while attempting the move. I could only lift my pike on my tippy toes, but this is a start, I did not jump, only tried to press, so I am happy with this first step and I will continue to practice.
I have tried three kinds of mics, including my AirPods, but I find I get the best possible sound just with no mic, shooting on my iPhone 12. The phone is about eight feet away from me. ❤️
