I started doing meditation in January and I'm still doing it everyday. I Follow a guru on RUclips and listen to his teachings. And it has changed my life. I lost 60 pounds. I feel calmer and more relaxed at peace, though I still have a lot more to work on but I absolutely found a big difference in meditation. Then I would have found in the bottle of medicine.
Pranayam process doing by doer must be in proper way otherwise it increase the chances of heart attack dear so please do it in proper way otherwise it collapse your respiratory system gradually without you knowing
