  • Hey everyone! Welcome to the second Flexy channel. Today, we’re diving into a super insane and challenging external rotation workout. This is key if you’re aiming for the middle splits or some crazy flexibility goals, like putting your leg behind your head.
So, the main goal for this session? Seeing if I can actually get both legs behind my head. Sounds wild, right? I’ve never tried this before, so we’re heading into totally new territory here.
We’ll be trying out different ways to level up your stretches and add some new challenges. Whether you’re a flexibility fan or just want to improve your range of motion, there’s something here for you.
Stick around as we go through each exercise, share tips for doing them right, and show you how to slowly get more flexible. Let’s see how far we can push our limits together!
Subscribe if ya like. Stay Flexy!

I told you you would love to try and do yoga poses, this one (duipadasirsasana) or yoganidra, two feet behind your head is quite a challenge, I’m really impressed if this is your first attempt!
You should explore the second and third series of the Ashtanga yoga.
And the Marichiasana family is a pretty interesting sequence of postures that involve hips and shoulders and spine twists.
21:26 wow! Keep on practicing that and hold it and try to lift up with your hands on the ground and extend your legs and do a fire fly
