Not to rain on your parade 1 yr later but to give some constructive (. No puny pun intended) criticism but some engines run better with a bit of backpressure but ruining the valves is an old wives tale, it WON'T HURT your valves - look at light Aircraft etc with their short open manifolds, that " baffle " you put in won't be doing a thing unless it blocks of the round pipe too ,& you've left out a very important muffling component , but I'm not going to say what because there's too many plagurists watching lurking on the net but all you have there , No offense intended,its a ' noise can ' but better than no muffler at all & all quite down to earth in presentation & construction: quite entertaining.ps I Build headers & sports mufflers.goodonya,Trev New Zealand
