    Thank you for your beautifully -filmed content, even if the underlying content is painful (but you’re being real about something that you and many people, especially women, struggle with, and that in itself is brave and admirable! We’re all just doing our best in a really harsh world..). I’m from a similar culture to you (northern neighbor), so I understand how confusing and paradoxical it is for women to navigate this relationship to their bodies; we also love our families , but they complicate a lot :’( By the way, what do you use to film and edit your videos? I really love the overall aesthetic~

      Thank you so much💌I edit my videos on CapCut, and for photos, I just look through them on Pinterest and then edit them on Canva(this app is also really helpful for school projects)

      Do body recomposition, you don’t lose weight on the scale, but you will lose fat ang gain muscle so you will look “smaller” but it’s way healthier for you.

      @CuteBunNy1200 Sorry for the late reply. it is easy to lose weight but hard to maintain, that’s why restricting is a bad choice. Don’t diet! Don’t restrict! Try to eat food without oils(only healthy oils) try to eat veggies and fruits instead of chocolates for snacks, And have a day every two weeks where you eat the foods you tried to avoid these past days. But don’t avoid food thinking it’s bad for you, every food is good if you eat it in moderation. Exercising won’t work if you don’t change something in your diet. During ‘healthy’ days, you can lift some weights (but it depends on your age and the food you’re eating) (avocado(healthy oil)eggs, meat, veggies, fruits, nuts, and rice) are great if you want to gain muscle, or look healthy and slim. Walk, go for a nice run (don’t run too fast) drink water, chew food slowly, and don’t lie down after eating, try to stand up and stretch(depends on what you ate)crucial thing is to EAT WELL (at least 1500-2000cals, depends on age, weight and height) if you’re serious about working out hard. Also remember that it takes time❤️ be patient and know that losing weight or changing your body won’t change your thoughts, love yourself first. Health is much more important than trying to look at some way❤️ God bless you💌
