    I'm so sorry to hear about your medical issues! And I'm sure we will All understand. Your health is most important, because without that, there is no channel! Please take care of yourself! ❤ We will still be here. And .y fingers are crossed, that it's something stupid, and easily fixable! Even if that means another surgery!     I have a very similar but larger version of that type of saw. I just cut agate and I've never had a problem with thin pieces breaking. I don't even understand why the Gap would matter. But I've never tried something softer like wonderstone.

      Thin pieces do fall down into the gap which is annoying.

      That could be the problem. I will need to try with some agate next time.
