Since I have the products and I know how to market research, I just have a hard time getting eye balls on my products and converting them to sales. This is something I really need help with! May I ask if you ever hired for occasional/ seasonal/ or even fulltime help? Could you share some of that thought process or things you faced regards to hiring or getting some help?

I opened a shop using 40 free listings link from someone, but i didn't get any listings! These referral links have a validity or a limit for persons to join??
It can! It took me awhile to get my first sale too, if I can do it so can you! One of the most important tips I've gotten is, make sure your shop is FILLED OUT! Banner, my story... It's so important! You wouldn't shop at a store that was half empty would you? It shows that you care, though this is not ALWAYS the problem, it can be a big one for some. Run a sale, even if you have to adjust your prices to cover your costs so you don't loose money. This has helped me tremendously, I ALWAYS have a sale going on, once you get a few sales you can back it off if you want to. Sallie has a video on this technique, good luck to you!
