      Great hearing from you and this confirms that common problems among all Swift. It actually has another knocking sound from the engine bay. I sent to the workshop two times but they could not find the problem. I later managed to find the issue and it was a simple fix.

      @@dragan3290 not sure which knock you refer to. There was a knocking sound from the front which I spent a lot of money fixing but didn’t solve the problem. I later found where it was coming from and fixed it myself. Watch this ruclips.net/video/rngQRvQsARI/видео.html

      @@wowcarwow the one I was wondering was the rear parcel shelf and the hatch where you put the cloth material! I had a look at 2 Suzuki swift this morning and first one mechanically was great, but the top strut mounts were a bit loud when going over speed bumps. Easy fix. The second Suzuki: beautiful paint job, interior, drove well, excellent suspension and no error codes with a scantool connected! But the sludge when I opened the oil filler cap was horrible!!! I've never seen so much sludge on such a nice condition car!!!! Almost like it never had an oil change? Cheers 🙂

      @@dragan3290 oh that knock wasn’t a problem. Sludge on oil cap? Maybe the coolant got in the engine oil. Not a good sign.

    A Suzuki Swift what a great little car we own a 2021 Suzuki Beleno GLX by the way Suzukis are reliable better than a lot if other cars and if Toyota but there badge on a car it means it comes up to there expectations for very reliable cars and Toyota did it with the Baleno they are rebadged the Toyota Starlet so Suzukis are as good as Toyotas l am very pleased about that so your Swift will last a long time

    I own a 2005 bought from second dealer. I found out that almost everything on this is about to fall off. I had the shocks all replaced so is the lower arms and bearings. I twice replaced the vvt oil valves and oxygen sensor. I almost give up on the car but because of its handling superiority I am reluctant to let it go. This I notice when driving my daughter lagi best myvi. One thing that you will never miss owning this car is the notorous ac clicking noise, that also was just solved.

    the "screw" just get a torx size 6 or 7 .. tap it in turn and done . ofc use a real torx not the cheapo ones .. titanium ones would be ofc be best .. but basicly .. you buy a budget car and expect Audi quality .. not gonna happen .. the wheel bearing hope you changed both sides cause other one is most likely also about to go

      I did not know it is that common, the right side bearing is failing and making an annoying noise, i have not replaced it though for the past 3 years ,,, the stupid mechanics told me its the rear right drum break and i told him ok lets replace it.. was a big mistake as now i have one new rear drum brake one old and still a noisy bearing haha

    i drive a 2009 Suzuki Swift Exclusive with 5 handgearbox and have none of these problems at all, I have driven now in 12 years 215.000km at almost no costs at all, even the frist exhaust is still okay. i only had to change the radiator for the airconditioning, that was all. Even the paint is miraculous good, no rust at all. And also it's remarcable silent in the car. May you had a "monday-built" car ???

    What kind of oil to the engin 1,5 vvt is good?

    • @wowcarwow
      @wowcarwow  3 года назад +1

      I always use fully synthetic oil for all engines because it makes the engine more long lasting and run more efficiently. However, fully synthetic oil is very thin, if you use it on old engines with poor maintenance, it might leak but you can always give it a good service and seal it well for once.
