Thanks buddy, I appreciate it and the inspiration too. Much Love for your channel btw. A ton has changed since then on the jeep. homemade awning and different mounts for tools, fuel and water cells! Miss seeing that badass TJ of yours. Thanks for watching 🍻
Great idea, Harbor Freight sell the same carrier if anyone is wondering. My only critique on the videos is the music is a little loud. I find myself turning the volume down on the music and up when you talk. Thanks for the idea!!
Does it shake a lot and rattle? Or is it a pretty tight fit? I was hoping you would have shook it in the video to show how secure it is. Thanks for the video and idea.
There is some but very minimal movement not noticed while driving, since then I have build a awning for it that I use often and have tools in it ! Works great! Thanks for watching 🍻
I have since modified it to accommodate a diy awning that I made, but Possibly I can make you one and mail it to you! Because shipping I think the best way to do it would be in two pieces, I make the part that slides in the tube with the supports and you bolt on the rack, it would require you to drill and bolt the rack to the support! Is that something you would be interested in? Thanks
Nice build, have good welds on that man!! Also noticed the nozzle missing on the tip, does that keep the splatter down? Also have a flux core welder, that's why I ask, Thanks for the ideas, Keep Jeepin!!!
💥 thanks, I don’t use the gas cup because flux cored wire doesn’t require additional gas to shield the welds, when the wire reaches temperature there’s a chemical reaction that produces its own gas to shield the weld area, but there is a dual shield set up that can use both gas and flux combined, its personal preference and good welds can be produced either way, thanks for watching!
dgtlionbarger please disregard the way the cans are mounted in this video, this was a test run and I would never advocate this way of mounting. This is how I have mounted both my cans watch this video. Thanks for watching!! Hers is the link ruclips.net/video/3KwyNjUeLX4/видео.html
I ended up going with different fuel water mounts the right mount was modified so I can swing the gate much further out of the way! Still haven’t put a hard top on there but I do think it would clear! Maybe check out one of my solo camp videos and see if your interested
Hey, if you have any comments or questions feel free to ask. Thanks for watching
I see where you got the inspiration, lol. Looks good man!

Nice setup. How did you hook the fuel cans to the rear cargo carrier? Is there a video for the same?
I I mount hookeroad fuel and water can mount for the swing out tire carrier back there. I’d never advocate to hang off the rack like that. 🍻
would you consider making and selling one of these? great work

How are those side cans mounted? Just hanging from bottom of rack? Anything to keep them steady side to side?

dgtlionbarger they are mounted with ubolts if you keep the can empty all the time it works
What bumper is that? Been looking for one similar and I like the idea. So want to make sure I get that one.
@Z3ROULTRA 💥 nice, thanks for watching! This bumper is the SRC by smittybuilt, hope this helps. cheers buddy!
Hey where did get the rack from??
DIRTY D hahah Dirty D I found it on eBay, but you can find one just like it on Quadratec.com
is this for sale?
Very cool but if you have a hard top you might not be able to open the back window all the way
