I always sleep with your videos playing all through the night. I suffer from ptsd, anxiety and other not so cosy things. I need constant distraction to keep me away from the bad, even during sleep. Ive made a sleep channel/folder for me to listen to while i try sleep, but your videos are now taking up most of the space 😊 I think Ill have to just play them directly off of your channel from now. That's SO random but also really interesting... I was a counselor at a camp for underprivileged kids and in charge of the arts and crafts from this cabin that overlooked a pond. It was such a beautiful experience.

It’s always lovely to hear your silky voice, and believe me those goose bumps are there! Put me down for romantic train journeys any time. Just the shear magic of a steam train racing through the night, the destination could be anywhere. The journey you want to last forever.
How lovely-- I do want the journey to last forever! It is hard in New York right now and I am considering my future since this pandemic may take hold on my beloved city for a long time. My refuge in Central Park was challenged last night by a dog that outweighed me that I thankfully survived. It makes me all the more happy to take this day and snuggle with my pup. The countryside truly calls to me (or at least a beach) and I am sure this will affect my plans!
This is simply a top notch creation. I've gone to bed with this one 3 times now and I still can't make it past the 19th century section. I'm not sure if this is what you intended, Michelle, but I automatically imagined that you were the train concierge, welcoming us all on board. The part about how it's like we've met her many times before, and inspiring a feeling trust and safety - That's automatically where my mind went. It's a very comfortable feeling (lol), but I admit I had to look up a picture of what a 'french twist' haircut looks like! The whole 'customization' experience with the clothes and bar car and stuff was a really relaxing touch and it really kept my mind chewing on the story. Fantastic work as usual Michelle, and I'm looking forward to the next ones!

This put me to sleep twice in a row now. The first time I really felt I wouldn't be able to sleep. But then I did. I liked the story, what I can remember of it. I didn't make it to far in before I was out. I felt safe and comfortable, since I've often been falling asleep to your stories, the sound of your voice and the background for 3 or 4 years now. And since I just visited the little train museum near by, it was even more fun. 🚂
