Hi Sharon, probably your flour wasn't strong enough. Strong I mean high in protein that usually bread flours are. If this is the flour you have in hand, you may want to use 180g water and 5g oil :) let me know how it goes this time.
😮 What the heck ?! No stretching and folding every half hour ? I've never seen any ciabatta bread making video quite like this. A little time estimate would be nice as to how long until the bread rises enough.
Thank you, Jolie! :) It is indeed simple and quick. for the resting time, I usually say wait until the dough gets doubled in size the reason is the kitchen temperature, mine usually is cold so it takes around 2hours. it is sometimes between an hour and a half until 2 hours and a half. I'd keep an eye on it after an hour. you'll get a feeling about how long it'll take in your kitchen :) Try it and let me know how it goes
Hi wondering about conversion to cups? Wanting to to a big batch of this times 4... The online calculator shows 190 ml to be less then a cup? Also how much olive oil? Thanks so much.
Dear Hollie Marie, I added the measurements in cups and tbs/tsb. Please let me know how it goes or if there is any more questions, the Olive oil measure is also in the description box :) just multiply all by 4 and those will your desired measures for 12 ciabatta breads :)
hello! my dough ended up too sticky and watery to be divided into three parts! is there anything i could do to make it better? sprinkling flour wont help :( thank you!

@@breadhack6447 @Bread Hack hii! Thank you so much for the answer! maybe i added too much water the previous time. this time i used less water with flour ''all-purpose''. the result was amazing! So bubbly and crunchy ^_^ It was very easy too! Thank you!!!
@@breadhack6447 put in more water .so it did double in size but after resting on the floured towel it was so sticky getting off so became mis shaped more .
@@sharonscagell2472 it is a sticky dough but you should put enough flour on the surface of your towel, it'll be easier to remove, at this point, it's ok to put extra flour because you can dust them off later.
