They take 35% from everybody and everything for the first initial term they do offer renegotiations but they don’t respond properly when it’s time tho.
I’ve been waiting for Vydia review and I’m glad I watched this.i read about their service one time on their site and I couldn’t discover how much percentage they were gonna take and didn’t feel comfortable. I’m glad this is cleared now!
@@Payusnomind it technically a panel driven distribution. They upload videos on Apple Music and tidal, they even monetize on SoundCloud, they have percentage platforms on it which very handy for everybody involved with the music can get paid. They do have OAC verification and Spotify for Artists link as well. Listen to your video it seem you not a member of Vydia you definitely under rated it in this video that’s my opinion.
@@genowilliams8470 Artists come off better monetizing Soundcloud directly unless they're not making any money there which would make monetization pointless anyway. Nobody really watches music videos outside of RUclips. These other platforms you have to make it into editorial video playlists which pretty much no indie artists are making it into. Artists paying for video distribution are pretty much-getting nothing out of it. I have an account with Vydia and had a client leave them for other another distributor last year. It's simply not a great distributor. And not disclosing the revenue split is suspect.
Novecore is the best 5 dollars for a VEVO and it's unlimited video upload🤣🤣 and most annoying thing is that they blocked the video in all countries before they released the video ‼️
im happy with onerpm, i dont care about money income i just want to release music. an onerpm is very great i tried lik 8 ones even signed to a label but i release my music now my self
an artist stole my beat and is being claimed by vydia lol how do i get added to the royalty split as a producer since i need an invite what should i do
If you have proof of creation( files, back log and date of uploading it to soundcloud, YT etc) , then I'd recommend reaching out to Vydia directly and either work out the split with the artist or have them pull the record!
To receive royalties for the artist share, you would have to contact vydia about that, but you can receive publisher's share by registering the song on Songtrust and The MLC.
It seems like the only thing they offer slightly different from other distributors, is that they can get your music on to vevo. However, I heard from an artist who has music videos on vevo that being on vevo doesn't help with their video views, it just looks more legit, but who cares about appearances when all you wish for is to make a living with your music? It all comes down to numbers if you ask me. Why pay for something that doesn't pay back, is what I say.
