      My measuring cup 1 cup is 240 ML. One of my readers in Paris had a genius idea, which I want to tell everyone about. She bought some American measuring cups online, so now she can make anything!

    One of the best things about Mangchi amongst so many others is that she just doesn’t waste food . Such a respectable quality and something one hardly sees. Then of course , the way she cleans everything. Queen

      @lockergr 4 года назад +33

      I big into not wasting food myself, and it's a really hard thing to do when you are single because pretty much anything you make makes a ton. When I go and visit family for the holidays I always see so much food waste and it just kills me.

      Yep! When she only needs the egg yolk, guess where the egg white is going? On my face! Face mask. So great! She also cleaned up a pan of rice syrup by adding water to turn into a tea. Genius!

    Thank you for this! Finally got time to do this~
    I'll just list the process here:
    1. Mix 1 cup of warm water with 2 tbs of sugar and 1 pack of dry yeast (around 2 tsp) . Sit it for couple of minutes. Add salt (half tsp), and mix until well melted. Add flour (1 3/4 cups). Mix til smoothen, no lumps. Set aside for 1hr (ferment)
    2. Prepare the potato. Boil water. Cut potato into cubs, rinse (remove starch) and let it boil. After 2 mins, strain and run into cold water.
    3. Prepare hotdog with stick
    4. Dry the potato and add 2 tbs flour, mix.
    5. Do the batter process. Hotdog then potato then bread crumbs. Fry.
    6. Serve

    Korean corn dogs usually have sausage inside, but cheese and sausage and half.
    Or the whole cheese.
    I usually use mozzarella cheese a lot.
    한국 콘도그는 안에 소세지을 넣는게 보통이지만 치즈반 소세지 반 또는 치즈가 통째로 들어갑니다. 보통 모짜렐라 치즈를 많이 씁니다.
