Julie and I retired early not by luck but by planning.
One of our spokes to our wheel for savings, and now an income stream
is Fundrise. Basically we are invested in many apartment complexes around the country.
We get a portion of the rents in the form of dividends, and growth in value with the appreciation
of the properties. We currently have selected an income REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust)
which historically pays between 7.5% - 9% annually in dividends. You can chose a balanced REIT which has a split between appreciation and dividends or a REIT where it's focused on appreciation and not dividends.
Check it out to see if it's a fit for your savings, or retirement strategy. Feel free to share this with those you feel may benefit from this program.

I believe you’ll be happy with the decision if you do. 😁👍
Another very good video
Thanks 😊
Very good
Thanks
Very Informative video. I am interested on the Investor Visa. My fiancée lives there. I am not pretty sure what is the paperwork that I have to gather. No problem with Spanish. My mother tongue is Spanish actually. My situation is kinda different. My job is a little unconventional, cause I work in US, I have the facility on take vacations every 3 to 6 weeks, and I spend my spare time between Puerto Rico and Ecuador for weeks, even for a month. Nice information!
It sounds like the Investor Visa would work best since for you since it allows you to leave the country as long as needed, and the interest rate is great. Give Grace a call, she'll be able to get you squared away. Thanks for watching!

Hello Angel and thank you for your comment, my name is Vivian Lopez, I´m Assistant to Grace Velastgui, regarding your question as long as you can legally proof your income you can apply for an investor visa, to proof your income you´ll be requested to show your monthly bank statements. We´ll be happy to provide you additional information or answer further questions if you email us at: info@ecuadorlegalteam.com or if you wish you can provide your email address and I can send you further details regarding the investor visa. Thank you again!
So what should one budget to get a visa?
What if you don't have a birth certificate???
For safety of capital, can you divide 40K USD and invest your money in multiple Credit unions ?
How is social security statement for USA apostilled when one lives in France?
We do not live in France, so we cannot answer that.
Great interview video! While on investor visa, I will need to stay out of Ecuador for more than 3 months a year. Can I apply for permanent resident visa at the end of temporary resident investor visa 2 years term? How many years of residency do I need to be eligible to apply for Ecuador citizenship? Thanks!
I’ll have Grace respond. Thanks 😊
In USA the CDs interest right now is 0.20 per cent for 6 months and for 1 year, 0.30 percent. So It's much better to invest in CDs. in Ecuador. Interesting video.
Yes, it’s a stark difference. American CDs are a poor investment unfortunately.
Yea if you said so ,you have to report it to the IRS in u.s and pay the taxes on any interest you gain ,I have friend how went to jail and sentenced for 3 years for not reporting his account and the interest he gain, they fined him also with $120.000, so be aware
In ecuador right now is 9% rate depends what bank you invest..
Not fdic insured, you can lose your money in any moment
@@WarrenJulieTravel how often is the interest calculated? And is it compounded?
Your background music sneaked into the ForeGround.
Hmmm I just listened on my phone to the portion with music, I didn’t hear that. I have noticed sound fluctuations based on how I’m viewing, typically the fluctuations happened on our TV. That said I’m not using the higher end editing software since I started this as a hobby and may upgrade at some point. Thanks for baring with any sound issues, and hope you found the information useful. Thanks for watching 😁
I was watching on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I just checked on my MacBook and same thing. Intro music to loud.
I’ve had the same problem. Make a video, listen to it all is fine. Then on RUclips for-what-ever reason the music volume is UPed.
This I’ll upload them Private, check it, deleted if necessary and make adjustments.
You presented a lot of helpful information.
Last year I was in Ecuador for the first time for almost two weeks and the Galápagos for eight days.
Not enough time, need to return.
I noticed you have lots of videos but only on PlayList.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks for the input I use an 11 pro also, I edit there I then load to my surface to check sound before I load to YT from there. I’ll do my best, but I am self taught, hopefully I’ll work out kinks over time. Thanks again 👍
I’m self-taught too, first on iMovie then I bit the bullet to FCPX.
On YT look up IZZY VIDEOS, great teacher and he has some free stuff on his website too.
Buena Suerte.
I think that they left the door open and also it's raining and cars making that noise. Sometimes happening in any office business.
So you guys were in Ecuador for 10 months. What kind of visa did you get that allowed you to stay there that long?
We were there during Covid19 so there were special circumstances, we were there for almost 10 months legally on our initial 90 day stay. It’s not repeatable for you or anyone else now, it was a timing thing.
@@WarrenJulieTravel Ah yes. Covid 19. How could I forget about that, lol. Thanks.
I have a lot of friends in Ecuador and have been there 3 times. My question is..... As an American from Puerto Rico, can I be a citizen of both Ecuador and USA?
I’m not sure about dual citizenship, but you can have residency status. We will need Grace to respond on this.
Yes both Ecuador and the US allow dual citizenship
I have dout now 2years diploma is enough for work visa
That will be a question for Grace, I'll see if we can get you an answer.
Hello Karthick and thank you for your comment, my name is Vivian Lopez, I´m Assistant to Grace Velastgui. Regarding your question, no, the diploma is for the professional visa which it´s requiered a bachelor´s or higher degree. We´ll be happy to provide you additional information or answer further questions if you email us at: info@ecuadorlegalteam.com or if you wish you can provide your email address and I can send you further details regarding the work or professional visa. Thank you again!
It's a 4-year (minimum) college degree from an accredited university. Also, it can't be an online college degree. Just an FYI.

Investor's visa is very appealing.
It’s a very common choice. 😁
@@WarrenJulieTravel I was dismayed when I heard Ecuador does not allow the import of pets older than 10. Are you aware of this rule and has it changed?
@@laurayale369 not true. We brought Gracie with us in March and she was 15, she was our chihuahua that just passed away.
@@laurayale369 here is our video of our trip to Ecuador, you’ll see Gracie traveling into Ecuador
ruclips.net/video/m6EKwxdWou4/видео.html
@@WarrenJulieTravel Interesting. Maybe the rule is only for those desiring a visa? This rule was mentioned by a woman who had emigrated to Vilcalabamba.
For professional visa we need 4 years degree
Correct
The volume is way too low. I can't hear a word that she is saying.
I’m going to guess it has something to do with the device you’re viewing on. We haven’t had any other comments on this video regarding the recording volume.
Documents need to be apostilled!
