Right now I'm using an iPad. My laptop broke during the covid19 pandemic and as you know there's not much work these days so money to fix my old laptop or buy a new laptop is just not easy to come by. My laptop is damaged from wear and tear from DJing college dorm parties. But now that I’m out of college, I’m doing different events. I got summer weddings coming up and definitely needing a new laptop where it won’t shut off in the middle of a party

I remember living in San Diego in the early 90’s -2003. I specifically remember BT spinning on his laptop at this really small club off Hancock Street DT San Diego. Must have been between 1999-2001. Anyways it was really innovative for the time and he was the only one doing it.

i have been DJing with laptop since i can remember, I have never had the money to own a xdj or another standalone, and the laptop has always been an important part of my life. It's not the first time i get kicked out of the dj booth for my old and not trusty laptop. So i'm glad that at least DJs like us have an incredible product and it's not the typical expensive macbook. I hope one day i can get my hands in one of these because it's really worth the effort. Excellent review 10/10

Okay.....so when l wanted to start a career in DJing, all attempts to get a teacher failed. And then l decided to go online to "search" l dont remember what l typed in though but all l wanna say is you are the very first DJ RUclips recommended to me and l have been following your tutorials ever since, No teacher physically and l have been able to master the art of mixing by just watching and practicing what you teach. Hey carlo, i have been DJ'ing on my DDJ-800 for about 1 to 1,5 years now, and my current janky laptop is basically on its last legs. Its buffering constantly and it messes up my sets. As a (nearly) broke college student this would definitely be a welcome gift.

Everyone here needs better computer. But for me it will be only first computer. I watch you now for years. I always wanted to donate, but money always were an issue. As a DJ, I started after you inspired me. I had to find something after I got in trouble in life. I had problems with law and family. I was placed in place for depressed people and they were looking for something for me to get back to life. But I found it myself. I started looking at DJ'ing and started to watch your tutorials. I had a reason to work and I bought myself first controler. SB-3. The same you recommend and show lot of tricks. But the place where I lived was harsh environment. More less year ago one of roommates destroyed my old laptop. Laptop was old and laggy, but worked. Since then I can't play, because of COVID I lost my job and right now my life turned again into a bad way. Now I try to find joy watching your videos, performances and some other happy DJ's. Your smile always brightens my day. Maybe some day I also will have a chance to play for some audience. I wish you best of luck.
So tired of the Apple adapter jungle, so making the jump to another machine is now. The XMG looks like the one that can do the trick for me. Respect for actually taking the time and effort to create a dedicated dj computer. Only downsides i see is the in-built speakers and graphics. the screen is a bit weak in brightness and resolution. Other than that this machine is crazy good and at less than half the price of an MacBook Pro this is a killer bargain.

Well... After 33 years in the oilfield I was laid off! Due to Covid the oilfield is a mess! I decided to go into business for myself and I wanted to do something I enjoyed. Well simply put, my older Asus laptop, i literally have to bend the screen in order for it to display anything(Not recommended)... My battery is busted, so its on literal life support, my hardrive is forever full so i keep having delete stuff for space as my serato crashes when i have less than 4gb HHD space... I have been trying create music for 6 years, I do not really have time and my laptop is pretty old but I won't give up. I also want to buy an entry level dj equipment and this is why I know your channel. I do not really have the money so I am waiting for a good catch. I think a laptop like this would be an amazing surprise next to my dj controller.
My wife DJs and adds karaoke to her services which is why we've stayed away from Mac (way more karaoke software for windows). Sometimes she'll stream a Zoom karaoke show. 1. Is a camera in the screen for zoom? 2. I see it's streamlined to keep audio and USB latency optimised, but my experience with windows is this stuff doesn't last. A Malwarebytes scan can wake up and sabotage a show. Do they offer anything to keep it optimised long term?
I love that it is for DJ software and it has all requirements for any DJ software. Since I love to record my mix's, it would come in handy and run good without any hick ups

Having been an "Apple Fan Boy", I've come to the conclusion that I need to find the "Land of Milk and Honey" when it comes down to a dedicated DJ's laptop. Research done; I've been left awestruck by the XMG DJ 15 performance video and can say that this is the DJ PC to rule them all! Okay.....so when l wanted to start a career in DJing, all attempts to get a teacher failed. And then l decided to go online to "search" l dont remember what l typed in though but all l wanna say is you are the very first DJ RUclips recommended to me and l have been following your tutorials ever since, No teacher physically and l have been able to master the art of mixing by just watching and practicing what you teach. Hey carlo, i have been DJ'ing on my DDJ-800 for about 1 to 1,5 years now, and my current janky laptop is basically on its last legs. Its buffering constantly and it messes up my sets. As a (nearly) broke college student this would definitely be a welcome gift.

As a DJ, I started after you inspired me. I had to find something after I got in trouble in life. I had problems with law and family. I was placed in place for depressed people and they were looking for something for me to get back to life. But I found it myself.
I started looking at DJ'ing and started to watch your tutorials. I had a reason to work and I bought myself first controler. SB-3. The same you recommend and show lot of tricks.
But the place where I lived was harsh environment. More less year ago one of roommates destroyed my old laptop. Laptop was old and laggy, but worked. Since then I can't play, because of COVID I lost my job and right now my life turned again into a bad way.
Now I try to find joy watching your videos, performances and some other happy DJ's.
Your smile always brightens my day. Maybe some day I also will have a chance to play for some audience.

So tired of the Apple adapter jungle, so making the jump to another machine is now. The XMG looks like the one that can do the trick for me. Respect for actually taking the time and effort to create a dedicated dj computer. Only downsides i see is the in-built speakers and graphics. the screen is a bit weak in brightness and resolution. Other than that this machine is crazy good and at less than half the price of an MacBook Pro this is a killer bargain.

Well... After 33 years in the oilfield I was laid off! Due to Covid the oilfield is a mess! I decided to go into business for myself and I wanted to do something I enjoyed. Well simply put, my older Asus laptop, i literally have to bend the screen in order for it to display anything(Not recommended)... My battery is busted, so its on literal life support, my hardrive is forever full so i keep having delete stuff for space as my serato crashes when i have less than 4gb HHD space... I dunno, i really need a laptop, but someone else deserves it more than me, then im glad... No stress! Love the videos btw. PEACE! 🙌🏼

I have always preferred windows laptops over macs for djing. This seem like the perfect laptop for me.
I have been trying create music for 6 years, I do not really have time and my laptop is pretty old but I won't give up. I also want to buy an entry level dj equipment and this is why I know your channel. I do not really have the money so I am waiting for a good catch. I think a laptop like this would be an amazing surprise next to my dj controller.
My wife DJs and adds karaoke to her services which is why we've stayed away from Mac (way more karaoke software for windows). Sometimes she'll stream a Zoom karaoke show.
1. Is a camera in the screen for zoom?
2. I see it's streamlined to keep audio and USB latency optimised, but my experience with windows is this stuff doesn't last. A Malwarebytes scan can wake up and sabotage a show. Do they offer anything to keep it optimised long term?
I love that it is for DJ software and it has all requirements for any DJ software. Since I love to record my mix's, it would come in handy and run good without any hick ups

The speakers may be trash but to be honest I prefer not having banging speakers in it to keep cost down. Also what dj isn't using a decent set ot headphones to preview music and prep?

Having been an "Apple Fan Boy", I've come to the conclusion that I need to find the "Land of Milk and Honey" when it comes down to a dedicated DJ's laptop. Research done; I've been left awestruck by the XMG DJ 15 performance video and can say that this is the DJ PC to rule them all!
