    salmon - 2 lb.
    salt - 2 tbsp.
    roasted Jasmin rice power - 4 tbsp.
    green onion
    garlic
    sugar

    Where should we put it? Inside the house or outside?

      In my opinion, inside your fridge is best.
      Ready to eat in 1 month, but keeps for even longer.
      I also like mincing or whisking it with some regular eggs prior to steaming.
