Honestly, think this could be an ADA violation. Some people cannot handle certain types of fabric and clothing fit. For example, put a collar around my neck all the way, and I cannot breathe even though there is breathing room in the neck.

Chess is won by having three advantages over your opponent: observation skills, strategy making capabilities, and intelligence. Then you have a less used but also important advantage: creative thinking.(Don't know if this would be the correct term to use) Or another way to put it, the ability to think outside the box. The type or color of pants has literally no influence on whether you have these capabilities.
