I assumed it was the pink guitar of which he spoke & purchased on the black market of an Ibanez at the time which was not available in Portugal .. nice! I often believe that guitar players who are left-hand dominant have more control and are adept at legato from a younger age, he even states that in the video he had legato control early on and he had to work on his right hand picking! It was a great video to watch

Remember, natural talent is important in how fast you can master the instrument. But slowing down and hitting the metronome is the only (for us non-virtuosos) way to get there. You can all do it in time. Good luck!

Its unconceivable that in 3 years playing only 2-3 hours a day and whole days on weekend he could become this good I'm blown away plus it gives me hope that maybe i can also achieve a lot in 2-3 years

These are two different pink guitars. There was a pink Ibanez and also this Pink Tagima you see on the video.
