She is singing the song called "Bulletproof". If you have ever had allergies you know how bad it can be. So, as she walks, some guy walks by with a leaf blower, she walks a little more and shes surrounded by flowers and pollen. Then another guy with a leaf blower. So, she is singing " This time,baby, I'll be, bulletproof" against allergies. She is just following the producers instructions.

The original song is very up beat and fast, the song is Bulletproof by La Roux. Now, La Roux has a British accent, so some words might sound off, or at least cause an American is singing it now (or at least she has an American accent. Also I don’t mean to sound like a know it all, I’m just a really big La Roux fan)

TAKE THE CHALLENGE! If you don't like this commercial, here's what you should do: 1) Put on some good headphones that block out everything including your own voice. 2) Play a song you like to sing. If you have difficulty choosing one, try "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen. 3) Crank up the volume. 4) Sing the song, and 5) record yourself with your cell phone. When you play it back, you will begin to have a deep appreciation for the singer in the commercial. DO IT. DO IT, NOW!

How are drug commercials so consistently able to put out the worst commercials on television? When I think of some of the worst commercials I've seen in the last 10 years, nearly all of them are commercials for some sort of OTC or prescription drug.
Anyway, this is a terrible commercial, with a stupid song, a weird looking off-putting overly aggressive hipster girl, and some terrible singing.

It's a real song written and performed by La Roux called Bulletproof. She's a singer that goes by the name La Roux. I can't remember her real name at the moment, but she doesn't look in the commercial, like she normally does. The commercial is intended to be chaotic just to advertise Allegra.
