Is it possible to take society AGM over say zoom or Google meet platform? Thanks in advance. Is MCS laws relevant sections stand legally amended by ordinance issued in October 2020? Please guide.
Our society had an AGM online over zoom but they only pass the new resolution and they kept every other members mute and didn’t solve any queries we also had written the complaints via chat 💬 on zoom but they ignored it And they end the AGM within a hour by only speaking their points What should I do ?
