In our cooperative housing society in Maharashtra there are three wings, WING-A, 7 floor building having lift , WING-B 5 floor building doesn't have lift,and WING-C 5 floor building doesn't have lift in the building but managing committee is charging lift maintain charges and lift electricity charge to all WING. is this legal as per MCS act because only one wing lift service is provided then why other wings should pay for it .what is the legal remedies to solve this problem.
If society is charging penalty at 18 percent, for non payment of maintenance and that too.. Compounding interest.. What can one do.. To.. Complain against the.. Management Committee ? Also.. Please share your contact number if possible
If MC allows the tenants who are not members to any function of the society like lunch & dinner free of cost , is it legally allowable as the society 's fund is misused to that extent
If conveyance is not transferred, can Society charge property tax from flat owners?! On what basis can society withhold the share certificate of the flat owner?

Madam ji i am buying a Ddjay plot sector 4 In Sohna,gurugram . after all payment & dues paid to developer before execution convince deed.now devloper has drafed a Maintenance Agreement as a name of a company for minimum binding for next 10 years . which is one sided.No consumer interest are involved In it,arbitary prices and conditions.Society is not formed because only a 1-2 house construced in ploted society.they forcing to sign it before Convince deed. He is charging Rs 3600 monthly for one year after that their agency will hike the charges every year. जबरदस्ती मनमर्जी का एग्रीमेंट बन रहा है जबकि अभी सोसाइटी डेवलप भी नहीं हुई है, सोसाइटी पूरी खाली पड़ीहै l उनके विरुद्ध क्या एक्शन लिया जा सकता है
Can MC without approval from AGM but only on the basis of whatsapp message spend huge amount on SPORTS EQUIPMENTS only for the benefit of children of two three members
