Darkseid's daughter Grail, who became a rival to Wonder Woman.
I think the difference is that Lex is an intelligent human being who actually made his own wealth, and didn't have it handed to him (although he did kill his dad to get the money, at least he was smart about it instead of begging daddy for it). He might be evil, but at least he knows how to talk without bringing up his penis size during a debate or throwing misogynist insults at women and saying that most minorities are evil. Lex is actually successful in most of his business schemes, and didn't bankrupt his company as many times as Trump did. Also, Lex doesn't have a Tribble from Star Trek living on top of his head.
