You can't do justice even with the best recording equipment or OLED plasma TV screen. Half the show is the base alone, encompassed with the live unique reverb surrounding it. This was better than TSO 2018's tour at Tacoma Dome in Seattle, WA, because this time at Climate Pledge Arena, the smaller space induced a much more vibrant effect. You have to go to the show instead of view it online to equip the full potential, but in the mean time, feel free to hook up an amplifier and powerful subwoofer to get a decent preview.
Can't wait for this year's tour. So excited, love seeing them. They rock every year.
Very good. Liked how you didn't keep zooming in like most everyone else. I enjoy seeing the cool lights, not close ups of the singers

I agree! With such a visually spectacular stage show, I prefer to see the full vista and to choose myself where to look. Whilst zooming in on what some find interesting, often so much else happening in the show is missed. It's like actually being there. Thank you.
Definitely agree! In addition, most smartphones apply stupid DSP processing to audio to pretend having shotgun mic which really messes the audio quality if any zoom is used during the recording.

This has the best audio of any TSO video ive seen so far, it actually captures some of the bass which is a nice improvement from most videos. Thanks!

I just seen these guys in grand rapids, but I had forgotten my phone. there is a few other people on here who made recordings but one ends after the story. and the other showed the whole thing only they didn't show the screen when they were doing the train scene. don't get me wrong the guy is awesome but so is the stuff there showing that goes with there music. thank you for recording. happy Holidays everyone!!!!!! Totally worth seeing.

Astonishing! The lighting/screen show designer has skills way beyond any other that I have ever seen. It's OFF THE SCALE! Every tiny note is syncopated perfectly with the lights. I have been looking for a show that did this for years. It's emotional and enchanting to watch. Thank you for staying focused on the whole stage. Zooming would have ruined it. 😃
Thanks for recording and posting. As others have said, I LOVE that you captured the wide shot with all the lighting and visual effects. Bummer that your battery died, but it was great while it lasted.
Thank you for posting this. Wow. I am into elaborate light shows. WOW! That light show. THAT. LIGHT. SHOW. I sat here completely awestruck watching that light show. I always thought Pink Floyd had the most elaborate rock concert light show. Ha ha. TSO blows it away.
Thanks for posting this I saw them this year in SLC back in November. They played a new song half way threw I had not heard before in previous shows and I want to find out the name of the song. This show was phenomenal and so fun. You did what I wanted to do but didn't.

Every year when "O Come All Ye Faithful" starts, about 17:17 on this video. That base rolls through you like a steamroller and just holds for a few seconds. Its an amazing feeling. I'm sure anyone who has seen them knows what I am talking about.
I get to see them tonight in Sacramento. My yearly pilgrimage.

Very cool stuff. Of course Christmas Canon is always my favorite. It’s at the 40:00 minute mark for anyone looking to fast forward.
The show is spectacular if u c the whole set up in action especially the lights not just the singers plus there r some lights in the back of the floor level of the arena they set up as well so if u don’t zoom in u will catch everything the singers and the band r the entertainment but the lights and the visuals r the star of the show since they provide the light show everyone came to c and that’s y concerts r awesome not just the band and the singers but the lights r what dazzles the people attending the concert especially those lasers they set up that change colors and there r 7 of them I counted them and if u just wanted to hear the singers play and the band just go to any bar or late night club they have plenty of those
Saw them Dec 3rd in Ontario CA. As always a GREAT show. I think we have seen them about 15 times.
Nice video! I saw East in Dayton this past Saturday for my 10th time. Always a phenomenal show.
I still have yet to see the West band. I am trying to change that this year when they come through Indianapolis since it's within driving distance of Dayton

They killed it in Spokane the previous night and obviously they killed it in Seattle. I can say this with much confidence: I much more prefer Dustin Brayley over John Brink. They’re both great singers but Dustin really gets into it

OK I feel as if they put a whole lot of effort in bringing this products to their audience. But for me, man this is slightly over the top, OK? Waaay too lush and couldn't understand what was being sung in the lyrics. Definitely Not My Cup Of Tea.
If you're going to rip off Freeway Jam by Jeff Beck, you might want to try to put all the right notes in..And then a half assed steal of Reeling In the Years by Steely Dan . These guys and gals rock about as hard as Lawrence Welk ..Google it kids ..If I want to hear elevator music, I just go to an elevator .. it's a lot cheaper and less annoying ..

I'm not a hater ..I saw video of TSO before this that I liked ..I tried to like this, and had to leave the ponderous intro section to skip around and find a more lively section ..The guitars rolling through the crowd looked good , but they butchered the music (IMHO) ..TSO has opted for over produced live spectacle events for the masses rather than developing some new and profound original music ..The light show was impressive ..
@@helenbuccino7825 Depends on how you look at it ..The musicians in Lawrence Welk band had to be top notch to get the gig , which was a steady pay check.. The music they had to play was aimed at a mor audience that was nation wide and sizable ..TSO is sorta like that, but a better analogy would be the Super Hero Comic Book Movies that are hugely popular due to CGI and insane special effects ..Plot, dialog, and acting ability are minor considerations ..Music and entertainment in general is subjective and there's no accounting for taste ..More power to anyone who can carve out a decent living out of any segment of show business ..Much respect to anyone who can do it with originality and without compromising their vision .. There are a number of bands like that on my You Tube Channel, as well as bands doing more than credible covers ..The videos are all from local performances that I shot and produced , and there is a wide variety of styles and genre .. and the clips are all between 3-12 minutes ..Feel free to visit the site and make comments ..
