The Makita is generally my choice as its lower RPM makes it easier to control 1 handed in weird positions, but that's probably a climber-specific advantage
The Milwaukee energy was converted from lb/ft (or whatever they use) from the American website as it's only in America so far. The others are usually on the manufacturer websites or in the manuals, sometimes on the boxes themselves
And for transparency, no i didn't test every single hammer in this class (that's not what Milwaukee claimed) but I'll tell you from unpublished tests the 12v hikoki is weak as, at least with the 2ah batteries I have. Also the 18v metabo isn't that great so I assume the 12v isn't either. Are there any others? I think hilti had one that's discontinued
Nice to see 12v Makita tested :)

Great idea that you recreat advertised tests! Do more in the future if you can!
Good inquiring test! Where did you saw the impact power(j/min) in the tool leaflet brochures?….because I know only the ipm to mention the factories….

Like before watching ❤
Cheers mate!
Very nice video, maybe in the future you make a runtime comparison
That's the plan!
That looks like a 18v disguised as a 12v. I'd go with either of the other two if I ever needed a compact hammer drill.
Best in 12V class, but it's pretty close to small 18V rotohammers in weight class

true. My guess is the compact 18V Dewalt DCH172 would give it a run for its money
3/8" is 9.525mm, so basically 9.5mm
Like the summary about the batterys too. Do any of these have hammer only?
only the Milwaukee has hammer only
I would like to get the Milwaukee 12v SDS... unfortunately not available in Germany until 2025 😢
That's not so far away. I got mine forwarded from America which cost 100usd so I don't recommend doing that!
Team Flex!!!
