This is a very good tool to help you on how to be more productive. The effort x impact matrix is widely used in the production area, but it can also be very useful for us entrepreneurs. As the name implies, the matrix crosses two pieces of information about each of the activities: its effort to be carried out and its impact on the business. Knowing how to use the effort vs impact matrix will help a lot in your productivity. Nobody has spare time, and it is to help you choose which activities to perform that the effort impact matrix exists.
You'll find out how to be more productive, and today I'm going to teach you that with a practical example of an effort-impact matrix I actually made here for Canal. Despite being a simple tool to understand, putting it into practice is not that trivial, as it requires a lot of reflection and discussion about prioritization.
Nobody becomes productive overnight, it's a constant work of learning and that combining the effort-impact matrix with the GTD methodology, which I've already talked about here on the Channel, will help you in this movement of how to be more organized. @ legal, aqui utilizo uma escala dentro da classificação, por que um item pode estar dentro de um quadrante de alto impacto mas ainda assim possuir mais impacto que outro, ajuda bastante
