Ebroin Song I recently got into building model ships aswell, bought my first 1/700 ship few weeks ago and now I want the new flyhawk Bismarck. I have learned some quite useful skills from your videos aswell. :)
Thank you so much for this wonderful video! It‘s so perfect and inspiring me. I have the same model in 1:350 and now I know how to paint it! But first I have to get a good air brush set with compressor. Because I am a beginner it‘s difficult for me to find the right things. So me ship will have to wait til then... Best greetings, Boris 🇨🇭
Incredible! Learned so much from watching your work! Wish I would’ve seen this video before painting the battleship I took on a while back. Ironically, after careful prepping and priming, I too had my red paint pull away in virtually the same area. I wish I would’ve handled it like you did. Thank you so much for letting us see how a true craftsman makes his art! Really appreciate it!
I've been building 700 scale ships with photo etched parts for years and wanted to grab this kit for a quite a while but after seeing how fine the details are, I think I'll have to put the plan off first- it'll probably be gathering dust due to a lack of confidence on my part to even start work on it. Excellent job done on it though, hats off to you for pulling off such a wonderful job
Let other kits have dust on them. You should try this kit. best quality I had ever seen. =) (not easy to build though..) And I thank you for the compliment.
Fantastic! I'm a beginning modeler and am in the middle of my first 1/700 kit - a fairly simple Hasegawa Myoko...I spent 2 hours on masking the deck and still got some bleed through - I think I needed to use smaller pieces where possible- your "Sweet Mother..." moment let me know that even expert modeler like yourself have oopsies so I shouldn't beat myself up - the panel line applicator is great...I learned A LOT from this one - thank you and very well done!
Thank you for the compliment =). I spent 4-5 days to mask the deck but it still got through.. I correct them with my brush. there were lot of little screw-ups and retakes not on the video. "Sweet Mother" was too big to cover it up. =)
Wow ... This kit has more details than most 1/350 Kits. And you did a wonderful job to it! Very Impressed! Its a shame that you only have 400 subs...i hope your channel will grow big time in the near future. all the best and greetings from germany
