Can you do this without the blender??
The whole purpose of using the blender is to mix the different components of the solution. Alternatively, you can manually shake/stir the mixture in order to mix the components, but make sure that they mix well (otherwise the blood would not be much effective, and would be much thicker).
P.S. Make sure you don't spill the mixture while shaking.

I’m doing this for a prank at school heheheheh
I was pretending to be a vampire so I put on a little make up to make me look pale I put red contacts in a brought the fake edible blood I had pretty convincing teeth so I came to my friends house (jacob) and said hey i had my eyes closed and my mouth covered and I was pale he was scared for me so then he said 'c-can you open your eyes' (he stutters around me) I opened them and they were bright red I smiled he had a scared face so I said to make it worse 'I'm just so... hungry and drank some fake blood he stood strait and said if your one take me with you I started laughing and he was shocked I wiped off the make up and he hugged me and I think started crying this was a couple years ago I was allowed to wear contacts co some reason I still know him

This is probably the most realistic blood I've seen, usually they make it thick and gooey but actual blood is thin and watery like this with translucency. Great job, I don't have food coloring so sadly I can't make this but one day I plan to make it, hold some in my mouth then on video just slowly smile and let it just drip down everywhere and send it to all my friends

No, density of salt is much less than that of sugar, so it will appear artificial. Red food colouring is just for the colour, so you can very well use the dye, but make sure that it's dark enough (as natural blood is).
