Hi Joe- Best RUclips coverage yet of Overland Expo West!!! You had more overland "walk-throughs" than anybody else. BTW, the Field Van is the "Best of Show". Nobody packs more capability in such a small package as them. They have a 50 year history of Pop Tops. Count me in!
Amazing….when I was little we had this tiny two berth caravan with no mod cons my parents, brother and me squeezed into. No fridge and a little camping stove. Living on beans and fruit. We didn’t shower til we got home! Happy days

I can agreed LOKI is one best I have seen for many others. Only price but it's expect for the premium. To me it's like either van like Revel or this one. I think long term Loki is better buy

12Kw of battery power , then I thought it would take ages to charge , then I thought with all those electric vehicle charging stations popping up everywhere why couldn't they make it so you could fast charge your battery packs for cheap at any vehicle quick charge stations , at least make it an option .🤔
just driving the van around will charge the batteries. So by the time you'd make it to a charging station it wouldnt be needed since the van itself is a charger when the engine is on.
For the first one: So if you're in the "penthouse" with someone else and you have to pee, it looks like the second person has to get up with you, scooch to the side to lift up the bed and get down. Is that right?
I love looking at all the neat stuff I can never afford. I like to torture myself and imagine I'm driving away from the dealer with a rig that I chose and added all the upgrades and when I get on the freeway I'll smile and wave at the poor souls who can't afford this very fancy imaginary rig. You see I'm not poor because I use my imagination rather than my check book when I want something fantastically expensive 😅

The first overland van you went through was a "Sportsmobile" yea? Field Van just offers accessories for overland stuff.
Field Van used to be Sportsmobile West but the owners decided to do their own thing and stop using the Sportsmobile name.

No, you’d sit up and slide down from the bottom of the bed. There’s a gap so you can climb up and down without moving the bed
